WORST SERVICE EVER! They were supposed to come in 45 minutes. We have been calling every 20 minutes and it's been 6 hours and they still haven't showed up. We cancelled them and called another company. Do not ever call them. They will tell you the ambulance is coming but it will never show up.
The worst service I got and the charges submitted by Zap are outrageous.$1400. for a trip less than a mile. I could have gotten other modes of transportation for 90% less of the submitted charges. Now that the insurance paid only the in network cost Zap wants me to pay the remainder of what the insurance did not cover. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
