This is the worst dealership. Actually maybe not just this one but all Zanchin dealerships look like they are a day from being shut down. Inside is gloomy and dusty, old furniture, sales people are nowhere to be found. I came to purchase a vehicle but after 30 min inside decided to go elsewhere

My car lease from Alta Nissan Richmond Hill will expire in three weeks. I phoned them twice to arrange a buy out. Both of the time, finance repersentive was busy. I left my name and number with them for both of the call. But never got the call back.
You can't go wrong when buying or leasing a car from Zanchin auto group. I had a positive experience each time I purchased a vehicle. They do things some other dealerships don't do, like include free snow tires, which I think is so nice of them! Go Zanchin!!!
