As driver getting loaded here was a nightmare. They couldn't get weights right too take the to California. Bunch of crybabies if you ask me. Brokers beware of this place
I am very happy with their customer service. I contacted customer service for parts for my kid's water bottle, they sent it at no charge. Also, I did the whole transaction online, a Saturday afternoon, no human interaction required. I appreciate the flexibility of it.
This is a wonderful company that stands behind their product. I have a set of 4 mixing bowls and dropped on and it broke. I contacted the company and received a prompt response from Lindsey Simon. She proceeded to verify what colors my bowls were and quickly sent me a replacement, at no charge!!! She was so easy to deal with and so efficient. I will definitely be back for more and have already told several friends. Thank you so much!!!
I ordered 8 Plastic glasses and 8 Melamine Plates. It was not very good quality, too thin. I payed for this order $54.95 and $26 to return it back. Company doesn't pay for return. Bad customer service.
