It's Christmas, and everyone seems to be on their game, even though it's busy. Evan is managing the bar with a great attitude, and CJ is hustling. The pizza was delicious. Great job!

Worst pizza I've ever had, frozen tombstone is better
It was good food and the homemade chips are amazing. The brushetta is not worth the $7.50 but it was good. The chocolate martini was worth the money.
Curbside pickup was taken care of by Gabe. ThankYou for the exceptional Customer Service. We will be back!
I've been here many times before a movie and never had great service until last night. Gabby took care of us at the bar and it was a fantastic experience! Will be back!!
Unfortunate, I paid for a 12:30pm movie specifically so I could enjoy the Kitchen Sink Salad, and it s not available. Additionally the grill was not an option until after 3:00pm, and there was no offer of accommodations for a future visit. Guess I should have read the reviews before the visit.
Came to Zaffiro's after seeing a 6PM movie. We had five in our party. We had to wait for about 10 minutes for a table. That was no big deal. We were seated, then nothing. No wait staff came to greet us or get us drinks. We sat and picked out want we wanted to eat. Still nothing, after about 17 minutes of no acknowledgement and about 5 to 6 staffers walking past us. We left. On the way out my wife said something to a person who looked like a manager about why we were leaving and his reply, "ok, thanks." Wow, just, wow. Apparently, Zaffiro's makes so much money, they don't need ours. I do not recomend this eatery. Go to Applebees or Texas Roadhouse where they at least know how to treat a customer.
Always really enjoyed their pizza. Our food was delayed by about 20 minutes because the pizza got burned and had to be remade. They gave us a free pizza and round of drinks. Really appreciate that I've been through a lot worse at restaurants and most of the time they offer like free water if that.
Terrible service. Late for our movie although they stated we had plenty of time. Food was sub par at best. Ordered drinks first from the bar from the waitress, didn't receive our drinks until we were done with our meal and ready to leave. Asked them to cancel the drink order and to take them off our bill. Instead refused and put them in to go cups. Very disappointed. Would give 0 starts if it were an option
Sat at the bar, waited over 10 minutes for so much as a hello. We sat down at 6:46, watched 3 people behind the bar not face customers, carry on conversations without even greeting us, walk past many times until I finally had to ask if someone would wait on us. No apology for waiting, no acknowledgement at all. Our movie started at 7:10 and our dinner was supposed to be delivered to our seats. 7:28 went BACK to the bar in the restaurant to find out where our dinner was. I had to pick it up myself and the manager carried a couple items to the theater with me so at least I didn't have to make two trips.
Food has been hit or miss here. Some days it turns out really good and others it seems like they are sleeping. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to bring out an appetizer salad when the place is almost empty.
I think most people come for the pizza, which has a super thin crust. Overall the pizza was good tasting.
We arrived 45 minutes before start of movie for a drink and appetizers and waited for 20 minutes for someone to take our food order.
There were customers at only 3 other tables.
We voiced our concern over the time and we were told that we didnt want to watch the previews anyway...really?
The manager delivered our food and didn't bother to say one word to us...
Perhaps he didn't care or want to know. This guy has to learn how to manage.
Wr were offered to go boxes.
No thank you! I don't want to take my appetizer home..we just needed 10 more minutes to enjoy it!
Don't go here unless you have 2 hours to spare before movie time..
.
Over priced for a dry hunk of meat and half a serving of fast food type of fries that taste as though they've been sitting for quite some time. Not worth a cent.
I've been to the original location and loved it this is a pale imitation. Preordered a pizza for a movie and before even opening the box I commented to my sisters on how light it felt. When opened I thought they just made a mistake and gave me a pepperoni instead of the sausage and pepperoni I had ordered. It took my sister and I a few seconds to spot 2 of what could be described as sausage. Super thin crust I probably could have seen through if I held it up to the film! If I put cheese on saltines the flavor would have been better!
The girl behind the counter was nice so that, and that alone, gets the second star.
Our whole order was cold except the pizza and it took them over and hour to bring our second helping of drinks and our cheese ravioli with meatballs came with no meatballs
Ordered the app sampler ~$12..and got this Pathetic looking excuse.
Waiter took forever and they weren t that busy, and we were never offered the complimentary chips. Very unhappy with the experience!!
Service was really slow never came back to table to refill drinks
Always love a clean restaurant that has good food and service. It's nice to see management has turn this place around.
We sat at the bar for 10 minutes and weren't served. There were only 4 other customers at the bar, but more than half a dozen employees. I don't know why we were ignored. Will not go back.
I love their pizza. However, our current diet dictates salad. So we ordered two salads.
We received two of the most pathetic tasteless salads I have ever had. Actually the worst salads of my life. Super small. The lettuce was old and soggy. I understand it's a pizza place. But how could it be this bad? So sad.
Absolute joke. Chef was clearly verbally abusing the waitress because of customer with dietary restrictions. Food was overpriced and not good. Took over 50 minutes to get the food and the are 2 other tables... go somewhere else before a movie.
TERRIBLE take out pizza.. it used to be ok.... such a shame that the original Zaffiros has come to this.
My family went here on a monday night and there were only 2 or 3 other tables in the restaurant. The food was good but expensive. We waited for 45 minutes to get our food. We ordered 2 pizzas and received only 1 and waited over 30 minutes for the other one. I specifically asked for nothing but ketchup on my burger and got cheese and tomatoes and it had to go be fixed. We were still waiting for the other pizza and my aunts meal when everyone else had gotten their food and finished eating already. We asked the waitress about it and she never returned with an answer and only stopped by 1 or 2 times in the entire time we were here: to take our orders and deliver our food and bill. The manager came out and apologized and offered to take the second pizza off our bill but we used a buy 1 get 1 free coupon so the 2nd pizza was already free so we got no compensation for waiting here for over 90 minutes. The waitress also didnt come by once to check on our drinks.
We went there on New Years Day after our movie. We were seated right away. The restaurant was not busy and there was a lot of staff walking around. We sat there for twenty minutes with out anyone taking our order, checking to see if we were ready to order or even taking a drink order. We finally went up to the counter and ordered our own food (like we would if were going to take it into a movie). We were given our buzzer and went back to our table. Right before our buzzer went off a young gentleman finally arrived at the table to take our order. He apologized and said that he was never told he had a table waiting. The manager was walking around checking tables the whole time (not ours of course). We explained we took care of it outselves. The buzzer went off, we went to the counter to pick up our order and explained our situation to the manager. He basically blew it off and told us we should have never ordered ourselves, they do not give buzzers to people dining in. We ate our food, with out drinks and did not leave a tip. They did not seem to care much about the poor service.
Poor experience. Waited for 20 minutes for our appetizer and they ended up bringing it with our main meal. And this was after both our server and a manager went to check on it.
Great Experience with our server Gio! Awesome service, the kitchen had run out of SHRIMP! But Gio did a great job solving the problem & Controlling the situation!
P.S: Management was nowhere to be found when needed! Its not the first time this happens, extremely unprofessional. NEEDS to change.
Very disappointing. We both had pasta dishes that lacked flavor. The chicken parm was suppressing bad. The chicken was dry, burnt and greasy. The sauce seemed like it was out of a jar mixed with crushed tomatoes from a can. It was runny and disgusting.
At least the manager comped when we complained. The calamari wasn't bad.
I would stick with the pizza.
Service was outstanding from start to finish. Wanted to give our waiter Joshua a shout out and the other staff who tirelessly made our evening enjoyable. Food tasted great as well and we made it to our 7:00 movie.
Nice and very tasty food with service very fast and outstanding.
My carry out order was for: 2) small 10" pizzas with (extra sauce, extra sausage, extra pepperoni, mushrooms and onions on both.) Additionally, I added, "please spare no expense as I am willing to pay for all the added toppings." I explained to the manager taking my order that I essentially wanted what is displayed in the Zaffiro case located by the front entrance (a fully loaded pizza). My cost for the 2) small 10 inch personal pizzas: $16.82 plus 15% gratuity, (and missing the first 20 minutes of my movie.) Please note that each small 10" pizza at Zaffiro is $5 plus $1 for each extra topping.
What I received is shown in the photos provided,
Each had burnt crust, along with 14 Pea sized hard balls of sausage, 12 pepperoni and 29 tiny slivers of onion.
The 2 employees I spoke with, stated they were restaurant managers. They offered no apologies and insisted I take what was provided, or receive a refund, as the kitchen staff can not make anything better than what they have provided. They stated if they add any more toppings the pizza would burn on top and not cook in their ovens. I was refunded $16.68 I will never do business with, buy from, shop at, or be a customer of this Zaffiro establishment ever again. My posting is based on facts, not feelings, or opinions.
Arrived early for dinner. 7:30 movie. Not crowded at all. Garlic bread app took half hour. Pizza took 45 min. Poor service, mediocre pizza. "Sorry.... We are all out of bill presentors." Seriously? Sorry but will not return.
I called in a order for 2 pizzas and garlic bread today about 12:15 p m and the girl that took my order was so pleasant and helpful. She said just to drive up and she would bring the food out. It worked like a charm and when she brought out the food she was again so pleasant and said to stay safe when we were done. What a GREAT employee I wish I would have gotten her name but she is definitely "a keeper"! Oh yes the food was very good too!
Terrible Pizza, Terrible Service, Mean Worked and followed out by angry employee for not giving a big enough tip
Great thin crust pizza!! Good service. Great idea to put it in the theater.
As much as I love the movie theatre , consistently horrible service at this Establishment:(
At least 20 min to get a drink and NO ONE in the restaurant!!!! Takes a server sometimes 10 minutes to even come to our table ......
I have been to this location 3 times in the last month , and each time ; horrible service
Each time hardly any one in the place
Picked up popcorn. The employees were fantastic! The popcorn was average. It was cold and they do not offer the butter sauce.
I really don't know how people can come and eat at this place the serving size they give you for the amount they charge is outrageous 1750 for a medium pizza it's something a child can almost eat by themselves I will never eat here again
Been there twice. The first time the place wasn't busy but the pizzas came out cold. Second time waited over 20 minutes for a take and bake pizza. Ok on the place wasn't even close to busy
Dried out, bad service, not enough sausage to cover the pizza. But all in all a very bad experience.
My boyfriend and I ended up NOT eating at this restaurant tonight. When we went in the hostess said it would be a few minutes for a table, which was fine. We waited 5 mins, then a family of 4 came in. They were seated before us. Another couple came in right after the family of 4 and again were seated before us. So we left, and probably won't try to eat here again. Also, while we were waiting to be seated we noticed the ceiling was leaking from the light in the foyer. Thoughtless staff and poor upkeep on the facility.
We order pizza from here every time we come to watch a movie on $5 Tuesdays. The pizza is always good - especially the thin crust, YUMMY. I decided to be a little adventurous on our last visit and order the garlic bread appetizer to go along with our pizza. Such a disappointment. I took one bite and had to spit it out. Absolutely terrible. It came in a plastic container and looked AND tasted like it had been microwaved. Absolutely no flavor at all, except the nasty aftertaste that usually comes with anything that has been microwaved. We will keep coming back for the pizza, but never again for the garlic bread. Also love that the bar serves drinks that you can take into the theater with you and that they always accommodate my order of two glasses of wine so that I don't have to come back during the movie. Can be very crowded on Tuesdays and you will likely not get a seat, however this is understandable due to reduced prices and because the Ridge is a very popular theater.
Stupidity prevails. Right before our movie, I approach the bar wanting to purchase two alcoholic beverages. The woman tending bar won t sell them to me wanting to see a 2nd person s ID?! I said, Excuse me? I m drinking them! Idiot.
Food was terrible and we just ordered pizza! I think its the worst I've ever had :/
Some friends and I went for a movie. Before the movie I decided to get a cocktail and wanted one I had seen an advertisement for a few weeks prior. When I got to the bar there was no bartender and 4 or 5 employees just standing by the door. Someone had to go grab the bartender from the back. When he came out he was not very friendly. I asked if they had this particular drink I saw the advertisement for and he said no and stared at me with a blank face. I asked if there was anything like it and again he just said no and looked at my with a blank face. I asked if I could have a drink menu to look at what was available. He made no suggestions or gave me any information about what type of drinks he could make other than they had beer. My friends came in behind me and one ordered a beer. The other ordered a sangria and when he realized he'd have to make a mixed drink he became even more unenthusiastic. I ultimately left without a drink and my friends refused to tip because of how he was behaving.
