This company think that they are perfect and faultless.

I used to sell GS batteries to my customers, GS Yuasa Battery do not honour their warranties or make the battery good enough to last the warranty.
In a previous reply to a google feedback they say that they only sell a battery with a one year warranty. They were selling a bronze, silver and gold branded GS battery with a 1,3 and five year warranty. A driver may have had an original battery on the vehicle from new for 10 years covering a low mileage, when replaced with a GS Yuasa battery Gold the battery failed after two years, no difference in use. I replaced the battery with an Exide and it is still performing well. I have sold lots of these GS batteries and have replaced the failed ones out of my own pocket.
Another excuse would be that the wrong battery was fitted to the vehicle going by there vehicle lookup, but there vehicle lookup is not always correct.
Don't waste your money these batteries are not made to last, from my experience buy Exide, Bosch or Varta.

Always use Yuasa. A familiar, reliable product on the market. Not the cheapest but the quality speaks for itself. No hassle with warranties and the technical support team have always been helpful if any queries did come up.

Would thoroughly recommend Yuasa. I use their batteries on all my vehicles and have been extremely impressed.

Useless batteries and totally useless company. They don't last or honour warranty. And when you write to them making a complaint, they don't even bother responding. Their switchboard say they can't help with faulty batteries but give you a number for The technical team, lead by a mr Whittaker for technical issues, but he/ his team do not even bother to even respond when you contact them about battery failure! The CEO Andrew Taylor does not respond either. My family and I will NEVER buy yuasa again. Stick with Varta or Bosch never has let us down and customer care infinitely better.

Have been fitting Yuasa batteries on my cars for years and have never let me down. Excellent quality and really pleased with the performance during cold weather conditions. Highly recommended.

Top quality battery with excellent customer service. Bit pricier than most but you pay for what you get and if you buy cheap, then you buy twice. I used to sell Yuasa batteries and very seldom had any warranties (except when people didn t start their car for 6 months then wonder why the battery is flat!). Wouldn t hesitate putting on my own car; GS Yuasa are the number 1 in their field.
