To all landlords: do not do business with this organization! They take no active effort, outside of their initial a lot of time, to deal with the tenants that they put on to you. Most of the tenants can barely afford the rent outside of aid due to their complete and utter lack of responsibility. And then when this organization promises to rectify the matter they completely fall through and beginning ignoring your emails and calls.

The institute will provide basic needs, and as your bond with the order grows, they will find you affordable housing to gradually find yourself a place in this society. Insider sources tell me there is approximately only a 36 percent success rate of teens, but hey not everyone is going to climb out of the cesspool and depravity of life. Check it out if god forbid something catastrophic happened in your life leaving you in shambles without the bare necessities Of existence. I myself still am a huge work in progress, but they helped me reach a semblance of normalcy.
Id just like to say, most of these reviews are fake ppl just put 5 stars to pit 5 stars. Youthlink has a low rate of youth who get out and stay out due to help from the program. Most of the time youth are just sitting around doing nothing closer to a park community center than a youth service. Don't believe all the hype this place may have improved their exterior but there is so much to be done internally. This program needs help.
You're separating me and my boyfriend for arguing. When all them other couples be there fighting and smoking in the bathrooms and stuff. Petty.
So I get this place is to help homeless youth but what I don t get is why I would have to completely be homeless to access a music studio? Like I was turned away the second I said I wasn t completely homeless but I know many people who go there for the studio but have jobs and have stable housing. This place is a joke honestly they even went as far as making fake reviews to better their image.
