Jonathan is the most incompetent mortgage adviser I have ever come across, and we nearly lost our house due to him and his lack of knowledge. He applied for mortgages that we wouldn't have been approved for, and then told us that we would need to pay extortionate interest rates to get a mortgage due to our situation, this went on for almost 6 months. Swapped to another mortgage company as the seller was going to pull out, had the mortgage sorted and survey done within days of contacting them. Mortgage was with Halifax so not as if it was some obscure company or an unknown firm....Stay clear and save yourself the heartache
