If you are thinking about working here, please don't... This place is a revolving door. They train classes of 20-30 people at a time and only about 3-4 people end up staying with the company. People quit left and right. First they lie to you in the interview and tell you that you will be required to work overtime randomly when the company really needs it. THERE IS MANDATORY OVERTIME EVERY WEEK!!! i can barley stomach the 40 hours that we already have to do so mandatory OT got me searching for jobs else where. Then they lock up accounts so you have to ask permission for the account to be unlocked so you can schedule appointments. They micromanage those appointments like crazy. Then you have the angry members who request to not be placed on the do not call list but Humana's managers will tell you to ignore them and schedule them for a call back in a few months. I don't know about you but I do not want to constantly speak with angry people to try to convince them to get a health and risk assessment when we are not even aware of what is performed during this health risk assessment. You just have to convince members that it is for their own benefit when in all actuality it benefits Humana's top CEO in the forms of huge government contracts and bonuses... The majority of the times your number comes up as scam likely on members phones and you have to try to convince them that you are not a scam. A joke of a place!!!
It was good pay but its the craziest most unorganized call center I have ever worked in and you would think they give a dammn about fixing their issues. Chairs are jacked up and if they ran out of cubicles you had to wait till someone gets off in order to take over. I worked for few months in 2015 and seems they just as nasty and hoodrats still work there. I will let bbb know about them. Sad that the owner is pakistani sob that its obvious doesnt care for this call center. I was given a schedule of 6days a week only having one day off which was wensdays, the break rooms messy as always so most of my colleuges ate out. I felt overworked barely had a life, screw that bs. No $$ on this planet will make me return to this hell hole!!
