Super friendly & helpful! Have used for my clients when listing & selling homes. They will go out to house to change locks& also has ability to make duplicate keys in their store.

Condescending attitudes, act like they do not need your business. Definitely not helpful and pleasant like the previous owners. Will take all of our business elsewhere from this point forward.

Great company! I bought my husband a cover for his truck there and they were fantastic. Danielle was so helpful, I explained that my husband is very picky about his truck and that he wanted the right cover for it. Danielle delivered!!

1st time using the dealer and very satisfied. They didn't have my exact part but sold me a similar part with good advice on how to make it work.

Just spoke with Greg, and he was so helpful. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I needed in inventory, but if I don't find it I will order through them just because of the customer service.

Trouble! They took deposit $1,000.00 to get us trailer for scissor lift with winch. Trailer came without winch and too steep for our scissor lift to go up. They refused to give back deposit.

Installed a Leer truck cap on my 2015 Silverado. Looks excellent. Set appointment, finished in about two hours. Nice work. Paint was a perfect match. Strongly suggest checking these people out if you are in need of a truck cap, plow or trailer.

This company apparently does not need your business! Called the company after being referred there by Precision in Butler. I needed to have a Trailer Tow Package (puck system-factory part) installed on my 2017 Dodge Ram 2500 (Rambox). I left a message; however, didn't receive a reply. Couple of days later called a second time an spoke with a female who took my info and said someone would call me back with a estimate. Waited 2 days so I called back. Spoke with one of the guys who said I needed to bring the truck in to be looked at. I went there, they examined the truck and I explained what I needed to have done. I needed the puck system installed so that I could use a fixed 5th wheel hitch (B&W 25k) that was made for the factory puck system. This hitch is used with the Rambox and a pinbox installed on the trailer(sidewinder). I was then told what I wanted to do couldn't be done. The person told me that I would bend the frame and he has had problems like this in the past. I showed him the write ups that I had and told him I had spoken with the manufacturer but he didn't believe me. He went as far as calling the manufacturer (B&W) of the hitch and was told he was wrong. When he hung up he made some excuses about how hard it is to install the puck system even though I explained there is a video on youtube of a guy doing it in 2hrs. After that he took my contact info on a contact card, told me he would get me an estimate and we could arrange to have the work done. That was about 10 days ago. I guess when he found out he was wrong his ego was hurt. Found another guy in Pequannock that has done these before. Should have gone there first and I wouldn't have wasted 3 weeks.

Picked up a Penske Truck Rental there and they were quick and professional.

Fast service, great selection, friendly staff. Entrance is easy to miss from the road, so be ready right after the light.

I've been working with these folks for about 10 years. They always take care of me. Sometimes I'm rushed to get a plow fixed or a trailer to tow a machine and they always do what it takes to keep my company running smoothly. Great service! Definitely recommend them over other places I've been to in the area.

I purchased a Cargo Mate trailer from York trailer. I had some custom stuff that needed to be done as part of the build so it took a while to finalize the build. Everything worked out well and the trailer is truly awesome. The cargo Mate trailer is so much nicer than the other 3 trailers I have had. York has also been awesome. They are always nice to deal with and very professional. I highly recomend them and Cargo Mate trailers.

We use York for all our trailer and aftermarket accessories. Greg, Danielle and John are always there when we need them. They have done multiple plow installations for us and always delivered on time. Highly recommend them!! Honest and Reliable.

This must be one of the most difficult companies to deal with, ever. They rarely answer the phone, they dont respond to voice mails, they dont respond to emails, and they are downright rude on the phone when they finally answer. And this comes from someone who has bought a trailer from them in the past. Terrible place. They either make so much money that they dont care, or they are hanging on by a thread. Either way, not a company I can recommend any longer.

York is top notch, customer service is next level. Danielle, Greg and John were the best, when I brought my van there that needed to be outfitted for safety as it is a transport vehicle for rescued dogs, they were all 100% dedicated to making the van as safe as possible for the pups. They were professional, very attentive to my needs and went above and beyond. Highly recommend!!

If I could give negative stars I would. I had them replace the leaf springs on my trailer 2 years ago, this spring one of the springs broke. First they told me it was not under warranty, when I called the manufacturer, they agreed it was covered and sent all new parts to York Trailer. they had my trailer for nearly 3 weeks, refused to answer my calls or call me back. Finally, yesterday they told me to come and get my trailer, they would not fix it, and they said they were shipping the parts back to the manufacturer.

They are disreputable, dishonest and generally lousy human beings.
