I m very very pleased with the whole experience. They did an amazing job fixing my Jeep that was hit by a deer. Everyone is extremely nice and knowledgeable.

York Road Automotive has always been there to help and will never price gauge you. In fact, sometimes they will even help with a real quick fix. We took a ton of cars for details there and are very happy with the results. Chris is great to work with and they are reasonable in pricing. I do not live in Ohio, but had a car injury in my travels. So my insurance co recommended this place as a member of their network. They knew I had planned travel to leave the State. They were fast, and did good work. When there was a challenge with a replaced part, it was quickly resolved. I received great customer service and it is a joy of be greeted by Zeek, the dog, when you enter. Zeek is the sweetest and smiles at you...literally. Recommend!

My car lost a battle with a light post and they were great! Their communication was exceptional and they made me feel confident in their knowledge and skills. When I got the car back, it was all clean inside and out. They were friendly and even had an adorable golden retriever to greet you upon entering.
