Corrupt corrupt corrupt. They will take your money and then make it extremely hard to get a homeplan. All they want is your money. They don't care anything about helping you get on your feet. It's run my correctional officers that have NOT received any training in compassion and apathy. Stay out of trouble and you won't end up here.
