Yolk studio is well equipped to handle still and video shoots with its spacious set-up, well appointed green rooms, clean toilets and pantry. Even the exterior of the studio is lovely with open spaces for kids to run around and tastefully placed canopies with wide benches and tables for people to sit around as they sip on coffee, wait for their turn or just hang out for a smoke. The beautiful plants and greenery are an added attraction. The studio also happens to have a gorgeous and friendly in-house dog, that helps visitors break ice and children lose their inhibitions. The staff are courteous and friendly too. It doesn't look like much from the narrow lanes outside, leading up to Yolk Studios, if you're a first-timer, but once you enter the gates, it's quite another story. Would recommend it to anyone planning to shoot in a studio-based set-up.
It is nice and spacious studio. The location is also good. But the street is very narrow and difficult to find out. Nothing written outside so you cannot make out if it is studio
Yolk is one place where you can really spend time watching shoots and meet other creative people.The have a really well laid out studio with all that you would need for a full fledged shoot The theme based rest rooms and the all glass office room on top give it the feel of a real creative space to dream and ideate.The road in front of Yolk , now has access to to the backside of Koramangala unlike the dead end it used to be much before.
Yolk Studio is really an Oasis in the midst of the city landscape. Always feel at home to be here. Sam Mohan and Kalpana Kumar, the founders have really thought ahead of their times, and set up this creative symbiotic space! Wishing them all the best.
