I recently attended a few sessions and unfortunately, I didn't find them to meet my expectations. The class structure felt a bit disorganized, and the instructors didn't provide the individual attention I was hoping for. The atmosphere was nice enough, but it lacked the welcoming energy that I’ve experienced elsewhere. 🌱 I think a bit more focus on tailored guidance could greatly enhance the experience for participants. Not quite what I was looking for in a yoga class. 🧘♀️
