Love this gym. Large enough to give you space no matter your workout. Pool, steam rooms, lockers, courts, cardio, and weights. New machines too as of April 2019.
A great place to work out and feel connected to your community. The front desk is also super helpful.
I love the ymca but to have baby swimming classes and the poor babies lips are turning blue and there shivering is a little crazy. I don t understand why the pool is not at least warm in the summer time!
Very nice place to do workout when away from home. Friendly stuff and members. Steam room is a great addition. Definitely will come back when visiting New Bedford.
Been coming here since I moved to NB. Membership is a little bit pricer than Boston. But that s ok, lots of exercise programs to participate in and adequate workout equipment to utilize. Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything you need in a gym is here and then some. Definitely the best YMCA on the South Coast.
This was my Y for about 4 years until I had to move. I loved the community here and the trainers are awesome! I miss it a lot!
Instructors and members are so friend and encouraging. Great nonjudgmental group classes.
Great place to work out. Only thing is they dony have good hours when it comes to there child care
