Had an issue with a member who was misusing the eleptical machine. I alerted the front desk about the jack hammer sound like coming from the eleptical machine. The staff told me that that s how the member workout. Are you kidding me??? The staff need to be trained how to handle situations as this professionally without feeling intimated or afraid to confront the members. Perhaps suggests how to use the machine correctly.

My hubby & I joined recently enrolled @ MWC YMCA thru our Medicare Advantage. We ea. had a personal trainer for 1 hr for free-showed machines & several other good tips. Natalie was awesome.
