I have been a member of this Y for almost a year and I am truly impressed by the cleanliness of the facility, the staff and the people that I meet there. I've always known about the YMCA but this is my first time being a member. Since Covid19 they have been even more diligent with keeping us all safe in the facility. We wear masks until we get in the water, put them back on as we are leaving the water, there is a limit on the number of people that can be in both the pools at one time (distancing) and there are some really nice members there also. I've only seen a couple of people that have the audacity to say wearing a mask is a violation of their 'civil rights' but we all deserve a safe place to workout, swim, etc. None of us has a right to infect some one else because of our selfishness. I wear my mask to protect those around me and keep my distance while in the water. I love this place and the people. I am so grateful for our Y! I saw in the previous comment that someone said membership was pushed on them because of Covid. Well, only members were allowed during this time and it included all the YMCA's even back east! And it's all online and can be verified! Safe, healthy environments benefit us all :-)

Love the staff! They are so nice and friendly and the place is so clean compared to other gyms i have been to.

I'm a DSP and if I may say the care we recieved from the moment we show up till we leave in excellent. I hope to have many visits there with my client! Keep up the good work staff!

I haven't swam in the pool but the rest of the facility is fantastic. Very clean and friendly environment. Great variety of workout equipment as well.

Well staffed with knowledgeable friendly people who are always available to help or answer questions. Super clean and well maintained facility with great working equipment been a member since 2019.

Everyone there is always so nice to us. We enjoyed helping out feeding the kids, I.O.I.M.C.

It's clean....bit I hadtopay$80 to reinstate my membership.....
Then used the y once...... And the showers we're freezing cold .... There also a really of restrictions on the services ....and they add massage tables but u have to pay extra....
Interesting,we will see how the cancellation policy goes .. today I left a vm.... Let's see how long til I get a response.

Love this place because I don't feel out of place like I do at a gym. Everyone is friendly, it is clean, and it is family oriented.

Even though the facility was closed for 10 months due to COVID, it continued to charge my account $34 per month while I could not use it. When I asked for a credit for my membership funds to be returned to my account, Miss Day very rudely refused. I am on disability/social security and this has created a financial hardship for me. I have canceled my membership. Don t need to be a member to an organization who treat their members so shabbily and cheat for dues
