I had a school field trip and we went to stay one night there and it was a great experience. ( all the nice memories there)

I went to this place on a trip with my classmates. It was so much fun! We had a blast there! My favorite part of camp Bernie was probably Archery or the rock climb. The cafeteria's food is really delicious and good. At night time we went to our cabin and we stayed up the entire night. We did pranks on each other,played hide and seek, and a bunch of other stuff in the cabin. I really loved camp bernie.

I was a one week camper in the overnight program. It was the most fun I ve had in a long time. The overall sense of family and fun is overwhelming and the memories you make and people you meet are unforgettable. The amount of spirit and enthusiasm that goes into every day at this camp is amazing. The activities, such as high ropes, zip line, canoeing, archery and bikes prove that there s something for everyone. I truly love this place. It s like a second home to me, which makes sense considering it s my 9th year.

I only have one thing to say.

My son had a wonderful experience going to camp Bernie May 2019. The aftermath was not so good. He was bit 34 times by bed bugs. The bites didnt show up till he 3 days after he was home. We are still in the process of treating, we are now $4,000 out of pocket to treat and they blamed it on inner city kids. GUESS WHAT.. WE DEMANDED THE INSPECTION REPORT AND THEY TREATED FOR GERMAN COCKROACHES NOT BED BUGS. Staff for kids are amazing upper management is a complete joke.

AN EXTRAORDINARY PLACE!! I just finished my 7th year, and it never fails to amaze me. It has been my favorite place on earth both as a camper and as staff. If you are looking for a job, apply here. It is truly life changing and there are a million reasons why I keep coming back.

Camp Bernie is my home away from home. It s a place where kids can be themselves. I ve never seen so much love, care, and support for others all in one place. I was a camper years ago and came back as a counselor last summer. It was one of the best decisions I ve ever made. No matter how long you ve been here at camp your part of this family the second you walk into your cabin.

Camp Bernie is my second home. I go to overnight camp during the summer and it s always amazing. Everyday away from camp, you think about your family there. It s absolutely awesome. The activities are a lot of fun, but the best part is making bonds with the people around you. During the rest of the year you are Campsick. One of my greatest regrets is not going to camp earlier in my life. No one judges you and people accept you for who you are. It s a safe haven.
