Probably the worst place to go for an emergency visit. Terrible treatment by admission staff and nurses whom were more invested in gossiping and discussing about their new lip gloss (in front of the ER exam room) than doing their actual job.

I went to the clinic to get Covid test done for my new job, was advised that they provide results fast (the same day), which they did for some people with special circumstances.I asked them if i will get results today I really need them, they said yes. Later on after waiting for 30 min and just before my turn they said i will get them tomorrow. Angry but what to do. Then the next day I called them morning and evening just to hear they don't have results to call next day again. And apparently they have difficulties to send the test results via email too I have to go down there and get them. Now because of this unprofessionalism I lost money as i cant proceed without covid test. So unprofessional, I pay you money to do this make sure u do what u said u do in time!!!
They kept billing me for an X-ray for an entire year even though I have a paid receipt from the cashier and paid receipt from my credit card company for the X-ray . Artists at swindling money from patients.
