Great exercise as its km between the warehouse and the food court

Close to the airport, very nice area especially when getting off a plane.

Great service more relaxing place to shop than most other malls

Wouldn't let me spend my $50 voucher that was 2 months over expiry. The thing is, there was a 2 year expiry on mall vouchers when I complained. They changed that just after my voucher was bought. My one only had a one year. Who has my $50 now I wonder?

It's ok but doesn't have many options like riccarton does

It's my local mall! Got everything you want, and usually not too busy.

Parking is a shambles due to ongoing works and multiple separate carparks.

A good shopping mall with lots of clothes shops and food court. The "The Warehouse" is in the mall as well as Pac and save and countdown super markets.

Pretty good mall, good selection of shops including the warehouse. I got park without to much trouble.

Pretty much everything you need or want. All the usual suspects are there

ItIt's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. .. Perfect for sales. Perfect for coffee.. even at 11.50am we can just walk up to loan star n order food n coffee and find a seat with out a queue. .

Medium/large mall with good anchor stores. Only missing Kmart really. Has a short stop underground parking area near the Countdown. Can get congested at weekends. Has movie theatres at one end and is planning an expansion soon.

Good service. Not a long wait despite being Dec 23rd.

I always find the people at the service desk very friendly and helpful.

Has all the shops you'd expect in a fairly large mall. Traffic can be quite congested on roads around the mall at times which can be frustrating.

Love Northlands mall out of all malls in Christchurch. Great selection of stores, friendly retail people, more seating in or leading up to food court is needed at times.

Well when one has lived in one street 4::3 decades +. A lot has changed, still a mice place.

Full range of mall shops, supermarket, etc , and a movie theater .

The new food court is just breathtaking! A lot of new vendors too...

Food court isn't the best. Good selection of clothing stores however.

Always go shopping at Northlands when im in Christchurch has every thing you need lovely people

It is okbut visit before 6pm. Else would would find confusing to find the way out or where u parked. The paths to walk within the mall are almost closed. If you use the public transport be aware of the terminal u wanna wait as busses to different destinations stops at different terminals.

Spacious and relaxing shopping place. A variety of shops that suit everyone. You can also enjoy different restaurants too.

Lots of different shops, mostly women's clothing. I hadn't been for a while, they have a new food court, it was quite good, a few interesting options.

Visited about 6 pm, not busy at that time, made shopping at Countdown easy helpful happy staff !

It's like stepping into a whole new world, just be sure you have good walking shoes, there's alot to see lol

Lack of any consumer electronics store for purchasing computers or laptops. Otherwise, Northlands has a good range of shops.

Handy mall... nice shoe stores & smiggle for birthday presents + a $2 shop for dress ups All you need really

Bigger mall than what we are used to. Very nice and clean.

Good parking. Lovely long walkway along the shopping aisles. Clean and spacious.

Lovely mall, but be prepared for the professional but distance service provided by the receptionist if your appearance implied you may not be a native speaker. They change their faces like the weather here.
Except that, lovely place to be.
