We usually go to Riccarton Mall, but sometimes we come here when we get bored of Westfield.

Big, nice, countdown, paknsafe, warehouse. Everything you need in one place.

Great parking, nice atmosphere.

Good range of shops.

The mall itself is great but Specsavers is poor. If I ran my business how they run this branch of specsavers I would be bankrupt.

Lots of shops but not the biggest. Generally clean and good food options.

Not as much to see and do as Westfeild and the parking is much worse but overall not too bad. The service at the coffee shops isn't up to standard but the 20% off hot drinks at the Esquires for gold card members is worth it for my parents who are on a pension. The warehouse is a very good one and the staff are knowledgable and friendly. Overall not a bad mall. The smell of Lush is beautiful and has an aroma that carries throughput the shopping centre.

Needed passport photos and over seas currency for a trip, all done in half an hour with no hassle.

Lots of shops, good place to hang out with friends but can be very busy.

Traffic to/from the mall can be a bit of a pain at peak times but the mall isnt crazy busy. Reasonable selection of stores and food places to choose from

Very new shopping complex. Major brands are all there. There are 2 supermarkets. The amenities and even toilet are well maintained. Enjoy myself there when at Christchurch.

Wow, I'm absolutely chuffed with the latest renovations of the food court, its aesthetically pleasing and really vibrant. This upgrade really suits the mall and was about time they had one too. In my opinion I believe this renovation of the food court has really brought Northlands back on top with being the busy hustling and bustling place that it is. I like the upgrade and think it's pretty awesome. Also the shops that Northlands carries makes things even better, there is not a store that is not in use. Every store I walk past always has customers which is a good sign I reckon. Often in the centre of the mall there is usually entertainment going on during some weekends, almost all school holidays and around the festive season too for the kiddies to enjoy and participate in. Overall an awesome place to come and shop, go watch a movie or meet with friends for lunch.

Not the biggest, but definitely the nicest mall in Christchurch.Cosy and clean, smell good from the amazing shop for natural soap and more excellent shops and food area. Two supermarkets and The Warehouse, Farmers, cinema and many others under one roof. There is always something on special, always worth to visit!

It's quieter than riccarton but parking is just as bad. The variety of shops is ok. It's all set on one level. You have a warehouse attached to the mall and both countdown and Pak n sav. Food court too. Just feels claustrophobic at times. Lone star and hoyts at other end.

all over good expernices they have all sort of shopping stuff but will not recommend to go to pak'nsave branch the one in northland

Parking here is frustrating. Hopefully the new changes will be worth it

We have always have a great time at Northlands Mall. It's just the right level of busy.

Great shopping centre well laid out comprehensive range of all sort of shops. Good parking staff very helpful. We will be back.

It's not too bad but like many New Zealand shopping centres it is a bit lackluster.

Nice to see they are doing up areas but the stores are a but lame.

Good shopping mall. Has the same shops as usual and the parking is good. It is usually easier to get around than the other malls and just feels less crowded.

My girls loved seeing Santa and the staff at Northlands we re so helpful!

Not a bad mall with some good major places like Hoyts, Lone star and the warehouse however it really needs some newer fresher retailers and less $2 shops.

Great selection lots of choices for shopping and food

Pretty much your standard shopping mall. All the big anchor retail outlets and banks, health and beauty, food court, etc. Never had problems finding parking, especially during the week. Toilets have always been clean when I've had to use them. Staff at help desk also friendly.

It's not as crowded i had expected. Nice relaxed atmosphere.

Definitely one of the nicer malls in the area. Traffic getting to/from can be a nightmare depending on when you go.
