It is clean. The workers are friendly and helpful. The temperature is always just right. We had great seats for the concert. But to close to the speakers. They will give you earplugs if you ask. With the earplugs was able to thoroughly enjoy the Scotty McCreery concert.

The best place in Modesto to see a big show, lots of parking close enough to walk. Nice restaurants within 2 block's, my favorite is the Barkin' Dog, it can get packed out so call ahead for reservations.

We were at the concert this evening of the Battle of the Big Bands and it was thoroughly enjoyable. The only complaint was the volume of the performances. If those in control of the sound system would take the volume down a few notches it would have been even more enjoyable! The reduction of the high volume in most performances across the spectrum of concerts would be highly desirable!

Good location in Modesto for concerts. Study the layout of the theater. You can choose a seat where you have a wonderful view. Seats in the rows are elevated, so you do not have an obstructed view. I saw Yanni in concert there on June 4, 2018.

A beautifully structured setting inside. A wonderful place to go for a night out solo or with friends. They have a nice selection of entertainment for everyone and ticket prices are very reasonable

My son had a wo derful performance here. Security on the other hand picks and chooses where some people can park. I was sitting in my car waiting to pick up my performer and security said move because I was in the red. I just went arou d the block and someo e else was parked in the same exact spot. He sat their for at least 20 min. No body asked him to move. That person was just hanging out also. Must be friends with security. I have family and friends in Security, law enforment and military, as having served myself. Worse excuse for security

My family and I saw Jeanne Robertson here on 2/23/20. This was our first experience at Gallo Center For The Arts and we will definitely be returning. We sat at the second balcony area in the wheelchair section due a recent surgery I had. To my surprise, our seats were wonderful and it was very easy to get to them. Access into the building was a breeze, staff was very kind and quick to help. Parking was also made easy due to a parking garage a 1/2 block away. We did not arrive early enough to get street parking, which seemed plentiful, but that was fine with me. My strong son was able to wheel me quickly down the street. The family and I enjoyed the hilarious comedic stories of Mrs. Robertson and look forward to seeing her again. She is a true gem and her clean comedy is refreshing. What a great evening to spend with loved ones of all ages. Thank you to the staff at Gallo for volunteering your time at the show. Your smiles and upbeat professionalism made this evening special. Keep up the great work!

Gallo Center is such a great addition to Downtown Modesto. I enjoy seeing theatrical plays during the holidays. The venue is so beatiful inside. Easy to navigate. Bathrooms always so clean. Staff always so sincere and kind. I've have been here to see Musical act, Ted Talks, and holiday theatrical shows. Everytime had a great experience. Every seat in the house has a great view. Also separate theater rooms for bigger or larger events. I love it. Highly recommended

This is a very nice venue for concerts and theater productions. It is someplace to go with your best manners. It was staffed with volunteers who were cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. We were there to hear The Texas Tenors. Tickets were affordable and I had asked for handicapped seating. We were in the back of the balcony and had very good unobstructed view. The seats were comfortable and the sound was great. They had concessions available on all 3 floors as well as restrooms near the elevators. The attitude was festive and casual formal. I would go back again to see other performances. The parking garage is about 2 city blocks away. Our friends had dropped us off then parked and walked back so I did not see the garage but they had no complaints as the weather was good for the walk.

This is an absolutely gorgeous building. I have not had the opportunity to catch a play here but I have been able to tour the building and it is one of the best pieces of architecture in the city of Modesto.

The Gallo Center for the Arts in Modesto, CA is conveniently located just off highway 99, on I Street. With plenty of nearby parking, the center can accommodate many guests and numerous events. You'll also find nearby restaurants, arts centers, and more! The center houses two theatres: Mary Stuart Rogers and Foster Family. The larger Rogers theatre is an excellent location for large stage performances, music concerts, and the performing arts. The Foster Family theatre is a smaller space but with equally excellent music and performance capabilities while offering a more intimate experience with a performer. With a spacious lobby, numerous concession areas, ample seating and restrooms, plus an exceptional staff of paid employees and volunteer docents, every experience I've had at the Gallo Center is top notch. The volunteers are friendly and helpful from the moment you enter the doors, and the staff are always present and smiling. Having seen stage performances such as Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, to musical shows like Brit Floyd, Mannheim Steamroller, and local celebrity James Garner, the theatres offer a great space for the whole family to enjoy the arts. Arrive early and walk around the city a bit, then enjoy a great show at the Gallo Center for the Arts.

Beautiful venue in Modesto. Almost needs some updating on seats. Decent choices for snacks and drinks. Most interesting point is that the Gallo center serves wine from other local wineries...

Beautiful venue and friendly staff. They have an app that keeps your tickets, scanned at the door. Arrive to your performance early...seating is tight, and difficult when house lights are off.

Had the pleasure of Mannheim Steamroller 's music from the 2nd row - wow! Good acoustics, so great sound. Ladies bathroom easily accommodates the sizable crowd with little to no waiting. (Yes, this is important to the ladies). Covered parking is across the street for a small fee - we paid $5. Ate a scrumptious lunch at the Fox pub across the street, reasonably priced. Looking forward to enjoying another event here!

Seen (Fluffy) Gabriel Iglesias for the 2nd time. It was a good show. It seemed to go by just so fast. I received a couple of gifts from my man. If Fluffy comes again I am definitely getting tickets whenever he is close by. Fluffy always has a sold out show...so if he's in your area get them tickets quick.
