First time here, watched Sinbad and it was a pleasureable evening
A very new and modern venue with very good talent. Very reasonably priced and extremely friendly staff.
Beautifully done play at an elegantly maintained theater with good folks. Had a wonderful time.
Wonderful venue! Music in the great room, refreshments($), helpful staff.
It is clean. The workers are friendly and helpful. The temperature is always just right. We had great seats for the concert. But to close to the speakers. They will give you earplugs if you ask. With the earplugs was able to thoroughly enjoy the Scotty McCreery concert.
MSO was amazing and the employees at Gallo were very kind and helpful.
Always has great shows the staff if friendly and attentative
Quality performances at reasonable ticket prices...
In a word, outstanding. The Gallo Center has so added to Modesto's culture and entertainment, it's wonderful.
Been here a few times for diff events. Great each time.
Great theaters for live performances. Make sure to check out Juline Regional Youth Ballet production of An Evening of Dance!
What a gem for our community. We saw the Beach Boys and Herman's Hermits last week and so many other programs. We bike there and park right in front. Can't wait for Audra McDonald, in May.
Super sick. People here are very white its so nice!
famous performances coming up every month here. You can witness nice country singers and also vocalist like Jacky evancho performance here. I do recommend this center.
The best place in Modesto to see a big show, lots of parking close enough to walk. Nice restaurants within 2 block's, my favorite is the Barkin' Dog, it can get packed out so call ahead for reservations.
Good service great environment love to watch theater shows
Been there for 2 shows so far. Loved it there both times
Just talked to a woman named Bobby, I never been treated with so much disrespect. This lady lies through her teeth. I will never donate money to this place because of you BOBBY!
Excellent venue, Modesto Symphony was delightful & awesome!!
My granddaughter attended a week long summer camp, run by GalloArts. She had fun and we all went to see the BIG performance on the Gallo stage.
Nice place.. Clean & not too big inside... So regardless where your seats are... There's a descent view of the stage.
We were at the concert this evening of the Battle of the Big Bands and it was thoroughly enjoyable. The only complaint was the volume of the performances. If those in control of the sound system would take the volume down a few notches it would have been even more enjoyable! The reduction of the high volume in most performances across the spectrum of concerts would be highly desirable!
It's beautiful inside. Volunteers are very nice and I like how you can drink beer here. There always great shows
The Art Work Was Close, And Heartfelt. I Hope Others Have as Much Enjoyment From the Past as I Do. Because One Day The Population and Building Will Remove all Traces if "the good ole Days"
Theirs a beautiful look from the inside and I like the stage.
Awesome play "A Raisin In The Sun" at Gallo Theater - Great production/ performances!
Good location in Modesto for concerts. Study the layout of the theater. You can choose a seat where you have a wonderful view. Seats in the rows are elevated, so you do not have an obstructed view. I saw Yanni in concert there on June 4, 2018.
Love the Gallo Center! Staff is friendly and professional, interior is beautiful and clean, and the shows are terrific!
A beautifully structured setting inside. A wonderful place to go for a night out solo or with friends. They have a nice selection of entertainment for everyone and ticket prices are very reasonable
It's always a great time at the Gallo! What a great addition to our community! I have yet to be disappointed:) Great venue's and excellent help from their volunteers!
A great venue for stand-up comedy, if you want to pay a lot of money see a stand-up comic
A beautiful place. We saw Steven Curtis Chapman, it was a great concert.
Sdo nice to have so. Close to home. Grateful dont have to do the bay area commute. So grateful the Gallo's lived the arts with appreciation. Good Italians, great shows!
My son had a wo derful performance here. Security on the other hand picks and chooses where some people can park. I was sitting in my car waiting to pick up my performer and security said move because I was in the red. I just went arou d the block and someo e else was parked in the same exact spot. He sat their for at least 20 min. No body asked him to move. That person was just hanging out also. Must be friends with security. I have family and friends in Security, law enforment and military, as having served myself. Worse excuse for security
THE VOLUNTEERS WERE SO HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. NICE CLEAN ATMOSPHERE
My family and I saw Jeanne Robertson here on 2/23/20. This was our first experience at Gallo Center For The Arts and we will definitely be returning. We sat at the second balcony area in the wheelchair section due a recent surgery I had. To my surprise, our seats were wonderful and it was very easy to get to them. Access into the building was a breeze, staff was very kind and quick to help. Parking was also made easy due to a parking garage a 1/2 block away. We did not arrive early enough to get street parking, which seemed plentiful, but that was fine with me. My strong son was able to wheel me quickly down the street. The family and I enjoyed the hilarious comedic stories of Mrs. Robertson and look forward to seeing her again. She is a true gem and her clean comedy is refreshing. What a great evening to spend with loved ones of all ages. Thank you to the staff at Gallo for volunteering your time at the show. Your smiles and upbeat professionalism made this evening special. Keep up the great work!
Gallo Center is such a great addition to Downtown Modesto. I enjoy seeing theatrical plays during the holidays. The venue is so beatiful inside. Easy to navigate. Bathrooms always so clean. Staff always so sincere and kind. I've have been here to see Musical act, Ted Talks, and holiday theatrical shows. Everytime had a great experience. Every seat in the house has a great view. Also separate theater rooms for bigger or larger events. I love it. Highly recommended
Beautiful place. Seats are comfy, bathrooms are clean.
Great fun shows and concerts. Wonderful place to enjoy the evening at.
This is a very nice venue for concerts and theater productions. It is someplace to go with your best manners. It was staffed with volunteers who were cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. We were there to hear The Texas Tenors. Tickets were affordable and I had asked for handicapped seating. We were in the back of the balcony and had very good unobstructed view. The seats were comfortable and the sound was great. They had concessions available on all 3 floors as well as restrooms near the elevators. The attitude was festive and casual formal. I would go back again to see other performances. The parking garage is about 2 city blocks away. Our friends had dropped us off then parked and walked back so I did not see the garage but they had no complaints as the weather was good for the walk.
Nice facilities. Disappointed in our choice of entertainer, but the facilities were great with lots of help on-hand to assist in finding your way around, etc...
Very nice venue!!! Very comfortable seating. And the people that work there are super friendly and very helpful!!! Will definitely go back for future shows!!!
This is an absolutely gorgeous building. I have not had the opportunity to catch a play here but I have been able to tour the building and it is one of the best pieces of architecture in the city of Modesto.
Made the 5k walk it was fun, helping for breast cancer anytime I can I will
went here for school performance and was amazing. when buying tickets, the people were very helpful.
Great facilities. Expensive drinks, no cupholders. The people are always so nice
Great Guest services in loby and seatting to you tickets seat. Good viewing from all sides.
The Gallo Center for the Arts in Modesto, CA is conveniently located just off highway 99, on I Street. With plenty of nearby parking, the center can accommodate many guests and numerous events. You'll also find nearby restaurants, arts centers, and more! The center houses two theatres: Mary Stuart Rogers and Foster Family. The larger Rogers theatre is an excellent location for large stage performances, music concerts, and the performing arts. The Foster Family theatre is a smaller space but with equally excellent music and performance capabilities while offering a more intimate experience with a performer. With a spacious lobby, numerous concession areas, ample seating and restrooms, plus an exceptional staff of paid employees and volunteer docents, every experience I've had at the Gallo Center is top notch. The volunteers are friendly and helpful from the moment you enter the doors, and the staff are always present and smiling. Having seen stage performances such as Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood, to musical shows like Brit Floyd, Mannheim Steamroller, and local celebrity James Garner, the theatres offer a great space for the whole family to enjoy the arts. Arrive early and walk around the city a bit, then enjoy a great show at the Gallo Center for the Arts.
Beautiful venue in Modesto. Almost needs some updating on seats. Decent choices for snacks and drinks. Most interesting point is that the Gallo center serves wine from other local wineries...
Music was great, brought back memories. A touch loud. Crowd was into the music. Look forward to Beach Boys coming back.
Awesome shows, some are pricy though. But great memories with friends and family!
Absolutely lovely venue. Modesto is lucky to have it!
Just went to Gallo Tuesday night to see There's Caputo. She is fabulous Been to Gallo many times and have never been disappointed. The staff are always helpful and the venue is always clean. Great nearby restaurants and close parking that I feel safe using.Keep up the good work.you are doing this area a great service.
Beautiful venue and friendly staff. They have an app that keeps your tickets, scanned at the door. Arrive to your performance early...seating is tight, and difficult when house lights are off.
The Gallo Center is a very beautiful building and the staff is very nice and helpful. I went for first time to see Felipe Esparza and he did not disappoint, he is so talented and hilarious. It was an amazing night with my family that I'll never forget.
Very good venue! Love the shows I've seen and the symphony, too! Good seating, too.
I've seen awesome performances at the Gallo Center For the Arts and it's quite an elegant place to go to for a date!
Love watching Broadway quality shows in a local venue. Always a great show and the volunteers are very helpful
Had the pleasure of Mannheim Steamroller 's music from the 2nd row - wow! Good acoustics, so great sound. Ladies bathroom easily accommodates the sizable crowd with little to no waiting. (Yes, this is important to the ladies). Covered parking is across the street for a small fee - we paid $5. Ate a scrumptious lunch at the Fox pub across the street, reasonably priced. Looking forward to enjoying another event here!
It was a very nice seeing The Isley Brothers. The Gallo Center is a nice place for an elegant evening.
Nice seats nice staff and I like watching the kids cook
Beautiful, new theater in the heart of downtown Modesto. Great acoustics, comfortable seats.
Seen (Fluffy) Gabriel Iglesias for the 2nd time. It was a good show. It seemed to go by just so fast. I received a couple of gifts from my man. If Fluffy comes again I am definitely getting tickets whenever he is close by. Fluffy always has a sold out show...so if he's in your area get them tickets quick.
