We were so pleased to have our Sunday lunch in this lovely place. The food was absolutely amazing. Four of us ordered different dishes and all of us were so happy with our meal. The wine was so nice and beautiful dessert at the end made our day . Staff were very friendly and professional; very nice and peaceful atmosphere with a lovely view.
If you re willing to make a memorable time with your friends or family, this place is one of the best ones to go to.
We really enjoyed. Thank you Yering Station team

Grounds are insta-worthy grand and well maintained. Service was friendly and helpful, although kitchen seemed to struggle having been almost fully booked post lockdown.
Wine was great and dishes were flavourful enough but lacked a little boldness.
Definitely worth the trip out.

Lovely setting, very attentive staff, beautiful views and sumptuous food. The only thing was just a couple of things that were not presented as well as it could be. The bare minimum was done to rectify them.

Sunday lunch at this light & interesting building. Really good service from wait staff that know their craft.

We all had the 2 course option of entree & a main. Generous servings however my lamb entree although tasty was disappointingly over done. The duck main course not so flavoursome, could have been tastier & was a little dry.

We ordered the Reserve wines x 4 which were on special & had a final bill of $510+.

We Wouldn t rush to go back.

We attended for lunch on a Tuesday and the service was extremely disappointing - specifically because of one employee. So rude - abruptly shoving plates onto the table, no manners (didn't even speak), took our plates away without asking if we were finished, grumbling when he had to clear a table; body language clearly showed he didn't want to be there. We were glad the other staff were fine, and the rest of the experience was great - beautiful surrounds, fantastic wine, and delicious food served promptly.

My husband and I had lunch here on Saturday. It was a set menu and we paid $80 per person (plus sides and drinks). All up we spent about $260. Although the presentation of the food is great, I don t think the quality and taste is there and even though they are trying to sell a fine dining experience - it just wasn t there. The prawn, scallop, salmon entre was so awful it made me feel sick (genuinely). The taste was an off fishy one - not fresh at all. I was really disappointed. I told our waitress and she took the plate away at the end of that course saying ah ok, sorry . That was it. They still charged me for it. When we asked what cut of meat the lamb was, they said the basic one . It s a beautiful venue with a lot of potential but I think it is overpriced and not worth the minimum spend imposed. Not for people who are genuinely obsessed with food and quality - but there are lots of places for nice pics! Wine is similarly overpriced. It s sad because I really wanted to love this place

This is one of my favourite places to do a tasting in the Yarra Valley. The sommelier we had was elite, she knew so much about the wine, happily took us through an extended tasting and patiently taught us how to properly taste and enjoy wine. The grounds are luscious and have incredible pieces of art. The cafe was closed during the week and the restaurant is also meant to be amazing, something for me to try on my next visit.
