Generally a decent community except the 2nd floor has quite a number of speed freaks and addicts of various substances and they can be hostile at times
Gabe and Greg manages this building. They're wonderful and accommodating. The maintenance staff are superb. This is a great community and most people either keep to themselves or are pretty friendly. My unit is tucked away in a quiet area and kept me cozy. The unit is small, but I appreciate every square footage of it. It's a great place to live at for however short or long term you need.
