I made a reservation a few days ahead of time for an early morning ride to the airport via their app. I received an email confirmation. Noone came to pick me up, so I had to get a ride with another service.
When I called to find out what went on, the man I spoke tried to make it sound like it was my fault. He also said the office had 20 other things to do besides reviewing requests for rides. Not really sure what else is more important for a taxi company then watching for requests for rides.
