I made a reservation a few days ahead of time for an early morning ride to the airport via their app. I received an email confirmation. Noone came to pick me up, so I had to get a ride with another service.

When I called to find out what went on, the man I spoke tried to make it sound like it was my fault. He also said the office had 20 other things to do besides reviewing requests for rides. Not really sure what else is more important for a taxi company then watching for requests for rides.

I will never call them again. I had a job to go to, I'm self employed and my car is down. I called an hour in advance and waited for 2! Hallie was unprofessional and rude. Don't waste your time with this poor excuse for a cab company.

The moble and web based sites are non-functional. I called two days ahead to schedule a pick-up and was told that they don't do that. I also mentioned on the phone that I would need a car at 5:30 am and they neglected to tell me that they aren't open at that time.
