I recently planned for a week trip of Hong Kong and that too within very short span of time. I was not sure if anyone could provide me services like I was expecting. But, to my surprise, Yayavar Tours not only offered me the cheapest packages, but also provided the services far better than my expectations. You people are amazing; I would recommend you to my all friends.

Almaty is definitely a scenic landscape with profound of beauty all- around. I am totally in love with this place after visiting it. Even though, I went there last month, but still feel like going there again. Apart from beauty of Almaty, I am also cherishing the services of Yayavar Tours. I totally loved your services and looking forward to take it again.

I have recently gone for a family vacation to Macau for 4 days. Those 4 days were one of the best days of my life, where I visited some of the enthralling places, enjoyed unique tradition of Australia and stayed in marvellous hotel rooms. Team of Yayavar Tours made our trip perfect.

Thank you Yayavar for providing impeccable services in my tour from beginning to last. You guys made all efforts to bring all the facilities under my budget. I would like to mention special thanks for providing comfy rooms during my entire vacation. I am satisfied with your all the services, yet I will say that you can do much better than this. I hope, next time you people will be excellent.

We had recently gone for an educational trip to Egypt and all the plan were made in last minute. Everything was ready except accommodation and we had very restricted budget. But then, Yayavar Tours provided us quite comfortable rooms within our budget that too in very last minute. We really enjoyed our tour and all credit goes to them for making satisfactory arrangements. Thank you guys.

Beware hoteliers, they just book rooms and wont be making payment.These people collect money from the clients and they dont even bother to clear the hotel bills.Never trust them.they have opened travel agency to cheating.Am waiting for my payment from May 2015,neither Rahul or Satpal shown interest to clear the dues till date.

I booked Yayavar Tours from Dec - Jan 16. The booking was done in Aug 2015.
They shared the hotel list in August and based on the selected I paid the amount.
When it came to booking, they degraded the hotel to 3 stars and shared the list in December 2015 (For Delhi & Udaipur).
When I called up, they did mention that the hotels are good and you will enjoy it. I had terrible experience in Delhi & Udaipur hotels. In Delhi, the booked Avalon Courtyard, the room size was small & they did not have many options in vegetarian food (only couple of vegetarian dishes they serve).

Udaipur hotel was a disaster. I paid huge amount for new year eve thinking it would be a good hotel. Room was not good, I had to call hotel manager to change the bed-sheets, pillow cover, clean the bathroom & send mineral water (instead of local tap water). I paid more than 20K Rs for 2 days for this service.

Yayavar booked a 3 start hotel in Agra (1 day before, they updated this hotel, hence I cannot confirm my reservation). When we reached Agra @ 2:30 pm from Delhi and went to hotel, front desk mentioned there was no booking done by Yayavar (in face, they did not know such entity - Yayavar exists). When I called Shashank (Yayavar contact), he did not respond. I had to put my bags in Car again. He called up around 5:30 pm and suggested another hotel.

I will never recommend Yayavar Tours to anyone.

If you want to test HELL, take a package from these guys. Such a stupid patheitc service levels. My family was stranded in the airport. Travel vouchers given to me were fake,After going to Malaysia, we found that the vouchers were not paid money & hence it was only blocked and not booked. This is actually not a pvt company. there are 4-5 staff who call themswelves as accounts, admin, sales, etc. This is a solid money looting company in an official manner. The owner is Mr.Satpal the great, an advocate by profession. Imagine you are on a holiday, your vouchers are invalid, you call the owner himself & he switches off his mobile after calling him for 3-4 times for the solution. But they take the payment very promptly. Better donate the funds to charity rather than giving this to these money or even man eating ste of thieves. There is a huge cash crunch in this company & any amt you pay goes towards their previoud dues and their own debbts of the copmany & you are kept hanging. Just dont have words to explain their unprofessionalism. Not understanding why they are in a service industry that too tourism where time matters a lot, Worst of the worst service provider experienced in my entire lifetime. STAY AWAY from these thieves.

I totally enjoyed the time, I spent in the trip to South India.I must appreciate the efforts put up by the Yayavar Tours team in this trip. All the arrangements were perfect in order to make our journey tension-free.Special thanks to Yayavar team for the warm hospitality. We will surely chalk another plan with you guys.Thanks again :)

Nothing can be beautiful than a honeymoon tour to Switzerland and when everything go perfect in your tour then it become more beautiful. I booked a honeymoon tour pakage to Switzerland from Yayavar Tours. All the arrangements including romantic dinner, serene stay at resorts and exclusive sightseeing were just mind blowing. This trip was defenitely best one of my life.

If you want to be defrauded, cheated and looted, you may contact this company. In fact, this is a gang of robbers who robs with out a gun. Be reQady to pay more and get lower category of journey tickets. Nobody is coming to receive you on airport as they dont pay to hotels. Hotels have blacklisted this company. If you stay at their hotels, you will have to pay hotel tarrif from your pocket otherwise they will not let you go. I committed blunder to take services of this company for visit to calcutta and andman nicobar. They have looted me. I had to pay off hotel bills from my pocket. They provided me air tickets of lower prices and also not refunded a sum of rs. 20000. Actually they do not deserve the ranking of even a single star.

I recently booked a trip to jaipur. The yayavar person shashank cheated us in the end by not providing the exact details of trip or any email regarding any changes made by them like cutting down on rooms,tempo traveller etc.

So, i would not recommend this yayavar services to anyone because utlimately you will regret it later after taking their services like i did.

Russia:
I booked my educational trip to Russia few months back from Yayavar Tours. It was whole one month trip with group of 30 people. Team Yayavar provided quite satisfactory services and representative from their company was very supportive. We had memorable time there.

Don't even think of them ... They r fraud ... We had our honeymoon ... Malaysia then Bali.... They promised a lot to us.. And on final day they denied every thing .. We even had argument with them in there office. . then they said they will provide everything as they said and requested us to continue journey.. We got visa 2 hour before our flight we were sitting at airport doors .. Calling n yelling them..
When we reached Malaysia we realised that they have not given us itinerary...
And there agent had different itinerary then what we had promised in India... Pathetic fraud people I tell u.... At the end when we were going to Bali that Malaysian agent asked us to pay 100 USD as yayavar didn't payed to them... They said if we don't they'll block our tickets.. Then we reached Bali our hotel was supposed to b villa but they had booked some cheep hotel then again we had argument with agent there and some how we manage to get villa there.... Then there was sunset cruise in our itinerary we were waiting for that but they didn't arrive.. Then they said driver went to other hotel to pick .. One day out of 5 day tour we were sitting and waiting for them..

We had to travel in Malaysia on our own because they made us fool
After that we had manage our travel in Bali too.. We had to spend a lot form our pocket there.. I was regretting why I payed to these frauds when I had to spend and manage my trip ... They r frauds got get in to their talk..

They are cheaters don't book with them...no one responsible person available at this fraud travel agent, their md mr. satpal always out station, bcz of that , no one take responsible...

I have visited singapore last month.My tour was of honeymoon trip & this is for 5nights/6days.I cant tell you how awesome it was.It was mind blowing & awesome.I have finalised Grand copthorne waterfront but their basic category room was not available attime of booking so they have upgraded 3rd higher category of this hotel.and they have also upgraded my return airport transfers on sic to private.So will recommend to everyone to make your any trip from Yayavar tours.
