Without knowing a single fact about me, even tough I filled out as much as I was able to, of all legit legal documents allowing me to work there, I was hired for some apparent reason, but fired for an unknown reason. I believe Heidi, who is one of three HR representatives that is in charge obviously should figure out when she offended me. I do have certain medical conditions that forces me to consume my prescribed drugs to ensure my safety. I was singled out immediately, and it was so embarrassing. Yamamoto claims to be diverse, and 2nd chance company, but I'm curious what exactly are each and every policy, only because part of my orientation was spoken in Spanish. Any time I was unsure of what was being said I immediately got the attention appropriate person in control at the time I'd get confused to answer what I was unsure. The only thing I honestly know for fact is that I was supposed to have 90 days to train. I never received the MSDS sheets I requested, or the or a copy of the definitions of a die that I did not know about. In my opinion I feel like if you're going to employ a person before you can hire, fire, without any specific reason, I would make sure everyone that entered that building was aware of all the hazardous materials that they could come in contact with such as lead. Because I have worked at a company for 13 years and I was trained, and certified, and I had to take annual quizzes, or test, that would allow me to continue working with with with raw materials because because I work under extreme conditions where uranium which is a carcinogen like nickel and Cobalt which are all precious materials, but not every material I worked with, because some we're also known to cause thyroid problems. My point is I believe Yamamoto needs to understand that they discriminated and offended me so horribly that they need to understand each and every law they broke when they get sued.
