Refreshingly pleasant and helpful to deal with. These days, who wants to call a corporate office? They helped research my issue and directed me to a local dealer for service. Although there wasn't an official recall on the part, it was a known issue on my make and model year bike. They worked with Pasadena Yamaha to replace the part and cover the labor at no cost to me! Thank you very much, I couldn't be more pleased.

Stay away once they get you to buy they shut the door on you. I will have to move forward with lemon law and sue for loss of wages loss of use and registration fees on a brand new purchase I cant even use. Customer relations is a lecturing department on how they are not responsible for anything 3 weeks after purchasing a brand new 0 mile vehicle.

Terrible customer service from a company I have supported for the past 20+ years. Beware, these folks are not willing to help solve known issues with their products. They could have kept a customer for life by helping me solve a simple problem, but instead offered absolutely no assistance and even hung up the phone mid-conversation. I was shocked that a company of this magnitude allows that to happen.

Paid off a 2019 Yamaha YZ250F Three months ago when I bought a house because I have to pay off all my debt and I still have not got the pink slips for it and I went online because I was on hold for over an hour trying to speak to someone and their virtual assistant is stupid as hell and it s ridiculous that I have not gotten the pink slips yet for it.

Don t care if dealerships are licensed to work on motorcycles or not. Don t back the work of their independently owned dealerships or repair shops. Don t take responsibility for mistakes or safety hazards. Don t buy Yamaha! They only want your money don t care about your safety! If I could give zero stars I would. Spreading the word to everyone

I asked for a payoff amount of my boat loan, sent the check in overnight mail that same day only to find out a week later when the payment was posted that Customer Service gave me an incorrect amount. I paid that additional amount. Only then did the 30-45 day clock start ticking that is the speed with which they will send me the boat's title--a document necessary for me to complete the sale of my boat to a third party. 30-45 days is unacceptable! I am not allowed to speak to anyone in that department to expedite the title delivery, nor apparently is any one in Customer Service allowed either. Internally, everything is done by email and from my experience, no one responds. A month later, I am still waiting for my title and the opportunity to complete sale of boat. No assurance from Yamaha that it is on the way, nor when it will be. My Yamaha dealer also says that Yamaha Motor Finance Corporation's customer service is terrible!
