There has never been a situation that I have brought to this company that they can't handle. They treat me like family. If I have a question, they find an answer. I am happy with the premiums I pay. I laugh at the commercials for other insurance companies, who will save you money. Really? Year after year? Will they answer your questions and handle your claims quickly? Not like Yaekel will. Kay is an absolute treasure. She never laughs or thinks my questions are too insignificant to answer.
