So made a review got a response in 2min so all is well with me. Just wanted to make sure there still on there mission and after the last year. So happy to find there still there working on a global wifi network. Feeling much better.
Only use email to communicate, no return calls as far as I can tell a true ripoff. Beware!!
Beware of price integrity issues with their xy4+ Find-it product. I complained after feeling ripped off and they are very difficult to communicate with. For example, they have no phone support, do not respond to Facebook messages, and are extremely slow to email back. Their xy4+ Findit price ranges from around $20 a piece to $40 depending on their website or affiliate website you view. XY should consider pricing their product with integrity rather than playing games. Investors, try to contact them before giving up your money and see for yourself.

You charged me twice on my account! Why was I charged $34.95? I wanted to try the subscription, but no where I seen you were going to charge me twice? This is pretty ridiculous you do this and not mention anything.
One of the Xy4+ sentinels from my geo mining kit began emitting noises (ticking and screeching various tones) within the first few weeks and with increasing frequency until it was necessary to pull the battery. Now 50% of my devices have been disabled within within the first two months. There is NO codex of error codes for these noises, no trouble shooting guide. There is NO meaningful response from their customer obsession tech support group beyond boiler plate links to woefully thin set up documentation. Repeated promises to send a return authorization number and label in a future email for the growing number of disabled XY4+ sentinels never materialize. Why don t you just send the number and label in your response??? And the firmware SIMM card is still AWOL and may be DOA. I am not holding my breath at the point.
Don t listen to the bad reviews. They don t know how to read what they signed up for they shouldn t have selected the 3 day trial if they were not going to cancel. I ve been using the coin app for over a year and made soo much money with $XYO. This company works hard everyday to make XYO bigger and better!
Stay away from this company. You don t have to take my word for it, plenty about their business practices on internet. Surprised they re still around and not sued into the ground yet.
I paid for the data card, never downloaded the app or made an account for the data mining and have not tried to use it. I am being charged a subscription fee of $34.95 a month for an app I don't use and never signed up for and don't even have an account! This is shady as hell!
