I went with coworkers for a team building experience and they DELIVERED! We all had a great time and the instructor was wonderful at challenging us without making us feel in over our heads!! I highly recommend taking a class!

XKM Midtown is a fantastic establishment! Everything you learn has a practical application. They do a great job accommodating all experience levels, working you hard, and celebrating progress no matter your starting point. The owners, Omar and Margaret, make you feel important as soon as you walk in and have created such a positive and encouraging environment. They have a nice facility and variety of classes. As someone who finally found their "workout niche" here, I can confidently say you will leave mentally and physically stronger from day one!

This Krav Maga location is amazing. Other members that go to this location are super nice and helpful along with the Instructors here. Margaret And Omar are awesome and make you feel very welcome. You can tell there happy your there to gain self defense experience. From my trial class I signed for a year for 3 days a week for a year and don t regret it. I ve learned so much for the few classes I have taken so far. And don t plan on stopping.

When lockdown began, we received no communication regarding payment. We weren't offered to the option of pausing our membership. We weren't offered any discounts. We were charged full membership prices throughout lockdown. Yes, online classes were offered, but those classes aren't worth full membership pricing, and I didn't have the space in my home to practice. There should have been clear communication regarding what options were available to us, but instead I bled money for three months.

What a great place to learn self-defense and fighting techniques! I've been to a handful of Krav Maga gyms over the years (not just within STL) and the best ones always make you feel welcomed and part of a community! Yes, the curriculum is easy to pick up (just keep practicing)! What's more important is that the people treat you like family (activities outside of classes) and everyone is encouraging (no egos, everyone is here to learn and get better). Omar and Margaret (and all the students) have really created a place that will bring the best out of you!!

Omar and Margaret led a great Krav Maga self-defense class for our Meet-Up group. We learned a ton and had a blast!

The instructors are great and the classes are fun. It s such a practical tool to learn and I feel more confident knowing self defense tactics if I were in a situation where I would have to protect myself. The location is really convenient for me working downtown, as I can go after work on my way home. Give this place a try!!
