Don t expect professional services using XSTREAM travel services. My travel agent screwed up my flight itinerary, and I m now having to pay more money for her mistake. I could have saved a lot of money if I booked this trip myself. Getting in contact with my agent and someone from XSTREAM has been extremely difficult also.
We book a group trip thru Marilyn for 9-17-2016 on Carnival Glory and she works for Xstream Travel Agency and 2 rooms NEVER got book, the Marilyn want answer her phone and there is nothing XStream can do. These people have book and paid for there flights to Miami, FL.
I just got back from my first trip handled by Xstream Travel. It was the 2018 Seminar At Sea work training trip and it was AWESOME! We went on a 5 day cruise to Mexico. Everything about the trip was perfectly planned! Being in the travel industry, I know how big group trips can sometimes not go smoothly - well not this trip! It couldn't have been a more smooth and stress-free experience... and they even managed to pull off a couple unexpected perks (early boarding and bottle of wine waiting for me in the room)! Very much looking forward to my next trip with Xstream Travel!
