very poor services 15 days is turnaround time after 18 reminders. i would request to all don't buy xerox product after sale service is very poor. i had buy xerox workcentre 7830 model in may 2016 for personal use. i bought toner from xerox company in January 2017. it is not working. i lodge complaint on customer care and sent so many reminders but nobody bother to call once. again don't buy Xerox

This about customer support experience, It was pathetic. Call thrice and not able to talk due to issue from their side.

I don't have any update of parcel and also I had Mark a Mail as well as but still not response and amount is already deducted I really need my money back if this is your service.

I wanted to buy their product and was very interested in buying the c60/70 printer. Apparently it is impossible to get in touch with xerox India about the price. I went to the website too but didn't help me much about the Price.
