Their customer service is the worse I had a bad experience with this company I hope they go broke the customer service are not just happy to serve the people.

I called to ask a question about my electric disconnections but the (Lady) behind the phone sounds very upset and hanged on the phone before I understand the situations, and I just flew in from home. I don't understand this country anymore it's becomming more like a poor country the little civil activity is fading so fast, time for me to leave were civilization still exists.

On Sunday, 4/10/16, the transformer just behind our house blew out and electrical service was cut off for our block. We called Xcel about 10 minutes later and within about 15 minutes an Xcel worker came to inspect the situation. Within about 30 minutes more he fixed the problem, at least for now, by rerouting service around that transformer. Well done and very quickly done.

Our area is always the 1st go go out & last to be restored! The last severe storm took 3 days for power to be restored. This is ridiculous!

The worst customer service and the shitttiest pay by phone system, waste of time!!!

If I could give no stars I would, worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even worse than Comcast/Xfinity.
