I don't even live in America, and they're trying to run my credit card.

I love Dr. Wheeler and Dr. Jeffrey! I have had nothing but good experiences with them both. Dr. Wheeler has worked with me through my sudden onset of seizures since 2014. I worked with Dr. Jeffrey when I was doing my long term EEG at the hospital in Casper and both have been professional and very helpful. Though medication did not help with my seizures, Dr. Wheeler worked with a hospital in Seattle to see if I was eligible for surgery; which I was, and have been seizure free since.

Worst front staff ever!!! Front staff can t do there job right is rude and lyes the sad part is the other employees that work in the back are nice but if your looking for a professional place with great staff this office is not that safe yourself time and a headache go somewhere else

Your skull has enough room for your brain. Nothing more... Apparently, the abnormal growth (tumor) on my cerebellum can't cause headaches.

Go out of state for better neurological care.

Like Maggie, I have had a problem with their front end staff. They schedule me appointments and do not tell me. Then place the blame on me when I miss them. I would hate to be their spouses. Dr Jeffres seem to be ok, tho he doesn't seem to know everything BUT my real problem is with his front end staff. Then they tell me i cannot go back basically.

My husband is a patient here for MS. His Dr routinely dismisses his concerns, and the office ignores his phone calls and messages regarding his needing help for chronic pain that has kept him up at night for weeks. When confronted as to why they are ignoring him, they make excuses and show no compassion for his issues. What is a Dr. for if not to help a suffering patient??

Just had a very pleasant appointment today with Dr Wheeler, Kathy the technician, and his whole staff. They were all very professional yet friendly at the same time. Only the tests that we're needed to diagnose my issue we're done. I appreciated their concern for my health as well as my wallet.

Worst doctor I have ever been to in my life! Had multiple visits and some how during all of them Dr. Mosada never once charted why I was actually there only my symptoms. Then gave a cocktail of medication to try to fix the problem and was guessing on what could actually be wrong. Then when it didn t work he changed his opinion to something else. Be better off with google!

Wish I had seen the other reviews and responses from this business before even trying to an appointment.
With that said here is my experience

Was referred directly twice from WMC to be seen within 72 hours (just before Thanksgiving) and my appointment was set for end of January 2020

Oddly weird several others could get me in far sooner.
There is no way they are that busy it take 7 weeks to get in.

Would NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER

Not a patient, but my sister was. Dr. Oliver Jeffery was rude, didn't listen to her concerns, and made her cry. Never called her back to discuss the results on her MRI. He ordered a second MRI and again never bothered to call her to discuss the results; she had to have the medical assistant in the office explain her results to her. He added extra stress that could've been avoided. I do not think persons with brain disorders should go to him, because he does not seem to care about his clients and just shows up for the paycheck.
