I am very unhappy with this place. We just picked my son up yesterday and he wasn't even there 2 weeks. He really played the therapists there. We put him in there under the impression that when he was done with acute he would go to residential. We talked to at least 4 different therapists while he was there. He came home with the same attitude he left with. His own therapist here at home recommended residential treatment. Never again will I take my child here. Then he said that they gave him a shot in the butt to put him to sleep at night. We were unaware of that and he came home with an unexplained bruise on his elbow that no one can tell me how he got it.

I went here 2 years ago and ive been here 2 times. both times i was treated horribly. The doctor handed out medicine like candy and was out for the money. Some of the staff actually cared about the kids there though. And they actually helped me.

I went there as a child if I could rate this place in the negatives I would! This place filled me with so much medication, I was a shell of a child almost at a zombie status. The smell of that place haunts me it smells horrible. You are un-able to see outside there is glass then blinds then glass. They constantly took my blood in both arms. It s sad when a DCFS worker says it s the only thing they have. DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. They will NEVER be the same.

Awesome experience. Staff where kind hearted and helping. The doctors and nurses were informative and helpful!!!

Wasn t that good. It was easy for patients to self harm, a lot of the staff were plain rude as well. The only saving thing about this place was a couple of staff and some patients that helped me get through it.

I've read the reviews and I'm horrified that my wife is coming to you tomorrow. Sadly, I have little choice in the matter. Please take good care of her.

I was here a couple months ago and this place was horrible the staff were rude as can be and they misdiagnosed me and doped me up on meds that made me 10 times worse than I was before I got there. My parent could NOT come see me and everyone had different rules, they made me feel bad for being put in here. They should have shut this place down a long time ago. I dont think ive ever been to a facility as horrible as this one. AND better yet they charged my father with 10,000 dollar fine and I was only there for a week!!! DO NOT ever send a loved here. Literally anywhere else is better than this place!!!

i was an adolescent here one time and when i went everyone was really nice and they made me feel very comfortable. there food was good and the rooms. i learned some valuable things there. the reason i gave 4 stars is because the medicine that i had to take, and still do to this day, has not helped me at all. they made me feel more depressed and sad. also after getting out of there my life just got worse over all, but other than that i had a good time there.

This place has been wonderful for my child! The therapist and staff have been absolutely amazing. They care for the person in the facility and their family as well. They are professional yet approachable and always take time to listen and address your concerns. During difficult times this organization gives you comfort and hope. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of mental wellness.
