I liked the apartment. The fact that it was enclosed and that you were suppose to put in a code to enter was nice. However, people let others in with out a code. The lobby and halls were clean and well maintained. The apartment not as much. I did have a few problems getting work done. We also had a real problem with parking while I was there. They ended up giving us parking stickers. I hope that, I moved soon after. The BIG problem I have with them is that they will not give me my security deposit back. I have been trying for over a year to get it. They do not answer their phone and do not call you back. And what ever you do. Do not speak to a man names Mark Woods. He is rude and has no ideal what is going on.

I live in one of their properties. I don't know nothing about the other properties but as far as the one in King, NC, they are very nice Apts. The only problem we have here are some of the residents don't appreciate what they have. They throw trash on the grounds or in the parking lot. Some have no respect for their neighbors. The manager is great. She does everything she can to try to keep it a nice place to live. If people would be more respectful and help keep the place looking nice on the inside and out, it would be great. Some complain about the rules but any place you rent is going to have rules. If you don't want rules, buy your own place so you can do anything you want to. These are very nice Apts. and people should be glad to have such a nice place to live. There are several residents that if they continue doing as they have been, the place could turn ghetto looking fast. I don't understand people not caring about the place they call home, looking nice. Our Manager is fair and works hard at trying to keep the place nice.

I have lived my apartment for 4.5 years! There have been four different maintenance men, which means nothing ever gets fixed!!! Small things I don t even worry about anymore! They patch things instead of fixing them!

Have a property manager that has her mother as a boss! Imagine two women that love to threaten people with being homeless due to filing a concern about how the tenants are talked to and treated by management. No one at the corporate office will respond or acknowledge the tenants concerns at all. To live in fear of car being towed, lease terminated, or evicted just live at a wynnefield property where Hitler's work.

I used to live on one of their properties move out cleaned up replaced everything that needed to be replaced and was awarded my deposit back NEVER GOT IT... I reached out Never got a phone call back or anything...

Absolute wonderful company property manager and regional manager work endlessly to keep the property in top notch running order even to corporate office runs correctly and efficiently 5 stars all the way

Never apply for renting the place. You will only lose the money. They took over four weeks and still couldn't complete the process. In the midst, I lost 50$ in money order just running behind it.

What a disgusting company! The workers are unprofessional and messy. The work they did in front of my mom was some of the worst I ve seen! They left a huge mess of rocks, sticks and trash. The area was poorly graded and looked like a jungle. When we tried to have the fix the issue they stopped answering the phone.

Denver NC buildings need pressure washed and an acid wash on concrete stairs to remove grease spilled from trash bags.Dumpster area is filthy. No grass on side and rear areas. Gun accidentally discharged on playground and had one stabbing. Several kids are unsupervised, throw rocks and trash on the ground.
