Wish that this was the hotel we were staying at for our honeymoon! Much better than what we are staying in down the strip. Much higher quality casino and building overall. Quieter during the day to walk around and evening was busier but did not feel packed. Less smokey then most other casinos too.

Ate at the Wynn buffet and it was excellent. 43$ for dinner with many high end food varieties and deserts.

Would stay here on future trips.

The hotel prohibits marijuana on the premises but does not make this information clear to customers. Hotel staff entered my room without permission and told me to surrender my medical marijuana or leave the premises at 2am last night. Had this policy or any information regarding this policy been volunteered by hotel staff, this entire situation could have been easily avoided. Instead of acknowledging that more information regarding this policy could have been communicated to me as the customer, they decided that threatening me was a better option. For a hotel known for customer service, this was the poorest customer service experience of my life.

Fantastic! And very opulent atmosphere. The free little water show changes threeb ways and runs nightly for about a half hour. The food options are not cheap but the pool is amazing and really feels like a luxury experience.

I visited the Wynn this past summer when my dad had a conference there. It was so amazing. The rooms are so nice and our room had a great view of both the strip and the desert. Also, we ate at the restaurant Andrea's at the Encore, which was delicious and it was so easy to get to from the Wynn. It is a little far from some of the hotels/casinos on the strip, but it was right by Fashion Show, which we frequented. I would definitely stay there again because it was pretty awesome. It is my favorite hotel I have stayed at in Vegas.

The Buffet was pricey ($65/pp), but holy moly! I wish I could afford to live under a booth. Unbelievably delicious food - every item was perfectly seasoned and cooked, and they never ran out of ANYthing, even crab legs, which is usually the first to be 86'd. Fantastic spread, worth the splurge.

A must see casino when in Vegas. Excellent shows, shopping, and general ambiance. It doesn't have the great restaurants like you will get at Caesar's, but it is worth a stop just to walk around and look. Definitely a must go destination for your first Las Vegas trip, and many return trips as well!

The Wynn is a beautiful Hotel & Casino. We've stayed three times now and each time we are met with amazing service and a great experience. I would recommend staying here if you want a more relaxed Vegas experience.

Like Alice in wonderland :-D We tried the restaurant, which is fantastic. The quality of the food is excellent, the lobby .. I still can't find words for it. At night it's like being in Alice's wonderland movie. Flowers all over, carousel and horses are out of flower.If we go to Las Vegas, then we will definitely go here. Great room, great atmosphere, exciting decor, fabulous food (but really bring loads of money for food) and especially nice folks working there. Oh, the gaming was varied and fun.

By far the best hotel/casino in Vegas, I have been visiting Vegas for 50 years but after spending 3 nights during past Thanksgiving I'll never stay anywhere else, worths every penny. We're VEGAN and found many options in each of the restaurants menus. Hopefully one day there'll be state ban on SMOKING so we don't have to put up with inhaling poison during our vacations, fortunately I notice less smokers at the gaming tables.

I recently attended this hotel/casino for a conference. The initial check-in was bumpy in that the first room was dirty and missing all the snacks they charge you for. I was moved to another room that was making my eye s water from cleaning supplies. Finally room number 3 was good. They comped a meal and overall the room was great. Even had a doorbell.

I just walked in. $20 cocktail. I put $20 in the gaming machine. It ate it without crediting me. They sent the team out. They didn't check the cameras because I didn't lose enough money. They ran off very quick. Awful service. You need to lose lots of money before they care. Avoid at all costs.

Went for the brunch buffet and it was impressive, but overpriced and way way way too long of a wait. People love the really big variety and selection of food from appetizers to desert and so many ethnicities. I just found it too mass produced for my personal taste. I give them props for great displays not food. None of the worker's seemed happy behind the food stations probably because Nita such a feeding frenzie non stop. Table host was very nice and friendly. For $50+ per person I think I would be happier at nice restaurant

I highly recommend this resort. Totally modern, clean, and chic. It's on the strip, but definitely has more of a resort or enclave kind of fill. Check in, room service, concierge services, etc were all top notch. Oh and the room king size suite is spacious and we'll appointed.

For being a 5 star hotel I feel like i was lied to. I've stayed here on 2 separate occasions and had issues both times with the second being the worst. The rooms are nice and clean but that's where it ends.
I had purchased several hundred dollars worth of show tickets for my group through the concierge service. I was reassured several times that this would be a smooth and super convenient move by the Wynn staff. Exactly wrong. They lost the tickets so I had to run around Vegas to go pick them up last minute and even then there was concern that I would be charged an additional service fee for picking them up at the box offices.
Every time I go here it's like there is a new issue.
Realistically this hotel should be rated 3 stars. There are a lot of factors that should make up a 5 star hotel and the Wynn does not deliver. Do your research and also do yourself a favor and find a different hotel!

Interested in building new and lifelong memories? ...

Interested in building new and lifelong memories? If you can get in, go for it!!

The Wynn will always be our destination when traveling to Las Vegas, despite having stayed at many of the most popular Casino resorts in the city.

Sheer delight is what I say when describing our stay with the Wynn last week. In a sense, magical. Making new friends, new memories, rekindling older ones, experiencing firsts and being made to feel at home are the themes that resonate most with our experiences during our stay.

The Wynn s secret sauce is found in the employees that work there. Not only did every employee we came in contact with genuinely care about their other guests and us, they really enjoy working with each other. This combination makes for a level of service not available elsewhere in Las Vegas. They are passionate about delighting their guests. I truly believe if there were ever an all-star team, comprised of workers in each department across the hotel industry, the Wynn employees would be nominated team captains.

Here are a few of the reasons we always return to the Wynn

* Unusually clean
* Exclusive, luxury resort

facility
* Immaculate and extremely inviting rooms with fabulous views
* Expansive and excellent shopping at your fingertips
* World class dining, superior quality, and options
* Primo Fitness center and very knowledgeable employees
* Luxurious SPA
* Amazingly beautiful and plentiful pool areas
* Every guest is a VIP

We always encounter firsts, making each trip unique, exciting and highly memorable. It s the little things that matter most. Here are few of the many firsts I have encountered at the Wynn.

Barista has my coffee refill ready before I make it to the counter. The next day he hands me a large empty cup, and instead of charging me for coffee informs me I have made it in time for complimentary coffee at their restaurant.

A strap on my wife s shoe breaks during dinner at the SW Steakhouse. Rather than letting her experience the embarrassment of it falling off as we walk out, one of the staff drops to the floor and fixes it for her.

I met a waiter who has worked at SW Steakhouse since 2007 and plans to retire there because he loves the company and the people that work there.

A housekeeper, spotting us walking towards the elevator, approaches us and asks if we would like a rush service? I told her that was very kind of her, to which she replied I like to ask all of my guests if they would like a rush service if it would help them out.

As I finish working out ,in the fitness center, I went to get one of the towelette s used to clean the handles of the machine I just used. Just before I grasp one a hand comes out of nowhere, takes a towelette and at the same time I hear a employees voice saying please let me do this for you.

Treat your spouse, significant other, family, friends or your business to the Wynn Las Vegas, you will form lifelong memories and will want to return again and again and again.

Pro tip : go before 3 to get the lunch price and enjoy dinner gourmet after 3:30. Like their brunch menu very much. Not so much with the dinner staples. Crab legs and lobster bisque way too salty; ribeye too dry. Desert options are good. Love the crepe! Staff are friendly; top notch service.

Beautiful hotel! Beautiful room!! Features like having Alexa and having automated lights and drapes open and close eas icing on the cake! The way the TV could move/swivel if you're watching from the ved or from the couch. The tub big enough for 2 with a small TV in the bathroom. The water pressure from the shower head. I loved relaxing in the tub while alex played spa music. The pool water not cold but not warm, perfect to actually enjoy. A little TOO strict on masks policy but understandable during this pandemic. Just makes no sense if in own cabana separated from others you still gotta wear one...in weather above 100 degrees. But in a crowded pool not maintaining 6 feet apart you don't. Air is open, 6 feet apart, should warrant a more relaxed mask policy. Maybe should be a perk of spending $200+ on a cabana. Make it more attractive to reserve a cabana.

Wynn theater is an excellent, small venue, designed to give you live performance experience that could be described as intimate. The theater decorum is in line with the elegance of the rest of the resort, quite upscale if you've never been. It does feel like it has captured the feel of an luxury old-school theater.

Great casino and very classy. Drinks at pool are very pricey and giving the money you pay to stay at this location I think something could be done to soften the blow on the cost of drinks. This was the concensus among everyone we talked to. Hotel and staff very nice. Room had no hair dryer and they corrected it very quickly. I would stay here again.

I have only had the pleasure of staying at the Wynn one time. Having stayed at almost EVERY single hotel that Las Vegas has to offer, the Wynn is by far at the top of my list. My husband and I stayed here the weekend before our wedding, and we absolutely loved it. The views were phenomenal, the bed was to die for, and the amenities in the room had me feeling like a queen. It truly is 5 stars for a reason. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at the Wynn. Their casino is also fabulous. We loved the fact that they offer casino War!! Yes, just like the card game you played as a kid. Only with money! :)

I didn't stay in the hotel and didn't play at the casino, but visited shopping and open for public areas. I visited some other casinos on the Strip (almost all popular ones) and Wynn was most impressive casino of all !! It looks really fancy. All these shops like Rolex and Chanel try to impress you with interesting displays. Interior of Wynn is very impressive, I done a lot of nice pictures inside. My most favourite thing inside was exhibition made from live(!) flowers. It looked so impressive.
This is a place you must see in Las Vegas even if you not in to gambling at all.

Was not impressed with the Wynn. Had stayed at the Encore previously with no problem, but the Wynn has a problem with their dress code. Women can wear no sleeves, bathing suits with see through tops, men can wear their pants low with underwear showing, but as a male do NOT wear a sleeveless shirt, not a muscle shirt, just a sleeveless shirt. Guess the big bosses can't handle men with arms, but they can handle women with arms and everything else and men showing their underwear.

An under 10 minute walk just beyond the hubbub of the strip, you'll find the Wynn as welcoming as it stunning against the skyline. It towers to sixty floors and there are more restaurants than you can possibly visit in 3 nights. From the time you enter the resort, the Wynn staff really makes you feel at home. The place is impeccably clean and the room we rented -as an American Airline package had floor to ceiling, panoramic windows, an extraordinarily large marble bathroom with a shower and oversized tub. The sitting/bed area includes a table with two very comfortable chairs, a desk with its own chair, a couch and hassock. The 55" television, room lighting, drapes, shears and temperature were controlled by a touch screen panel that evidences a feature rich experience. This is our forth visit to Vegas and first to the Wynn but going forward, I wouldn't consider any other resort. Outstanding all the way around.

Hotel was nice and pretty. Staff was helpful and pleasent as youd expect from a hotel. Was pretty disgusted how they charge for every little thing. Somethings are to be expected. But no wifi in your room is a joke and $1.50 for a local call is simply pathetic. Especially considering it was almost $1,000 per night. Smarten up wynn.

We were there for a concert, John Fogerty. Best rock concert I have ever attended and I have been to many. Venue was terrific, staging excellent, even a few surprises. Everything was beautifully clean everywhere. My big gripe was the cost of blackjack in the pit but it is a high end casino. All tables but one were 6 deck shoes at minimum $15. I don't play multi-deck shoes. The one table of single deck blackjack was minimum $100 a hand. It is a really nice place to visit and to attend a concert but I will do my gambling at Stations casinos.

We visited the Wynn and we usually stay at the Cosmo, we liked the brightness, cleanliness, sportsbook, dining options, we loved the frog show at Parasol by the lake, we loved the bar lounges although not as good as the cosmo, we loved the pool and I recommend trying the shrimp civiche, the breakfast at Tableu was fantastic and pretty much any dining at the Wynn was awesome. We will be switching our stays to here for now on!
