Wynn Las Vegas Casino & Resort Review

Horrible, Horrible customer service interaction we had at the red card office and at the buffet.

I won't waste your time with the awful things that happened to me at this hotel as it was technically not their fault, but I'll tell you this, they will prioritize a few pennies over hospitality there's no doubt about that, Vegas is not what it used to be.
And beware Vegas became a very dangerous place!

This hotel is beautiful, nice and clean, very comfortable.

Hotel is amazing, staff is great, could not ask for more. The Alexa in the room was an added bonus.

Loved the Wynn beautiful view from 58th floor. Amazing hotel BIG is not the word, casinis, restaurants, designer shops, club downstairs. It was a fantastic destination and i would love to go again

Lose 1 star because I wanted to suit at a normal table and do some work with a colleague with a beer one day and there was only the paid business rooms which were $1 per minute. Just wanted a normal bar.

The buffet at the Wynn/Core is the best. Quality, service and spread were excellent. If you spend more than $60, you get free valet service.

It's much less crowded than many other hotels, they also have nice displays and an excellent heater.

Great place at an excellent price as a result of the pandemic. There is obviously a creative operational system in place due to the pandemic, but it shouldn't be that way considering there trying to get repeat customers for future revenue.

Exquisite combination of art and luxury, variety of restaurants, lounges and bars. Brand name shopping and entertainment all under one roof of Wynn and Encore.

Of course you must taste a bit of the good life at Wynn. The employees are exemplary and to the highest caliber.

Enjoyed the hotel. Checking in was an utter disaster and traumatic. After that the restaurants were amazing and service fantastic. I wonder when they'll ban smoking from these dinosaurs of hospitality - left Vegas with a smokers cough like i'd hit 20 a day. That's the main reason for the three star - they're holding onto an old world and making people consume second hand smoke.

Always a great place to stay, a little surprised it was very slow to get someone to serve food on the patio, always very attentive it not last time. Room is always nice and clean. Almost time to update style which I will definitely look forward to!

I was in town for a conference and I was not staying here. But I did have dinner there and spend some time at a bar with some friends. The service and the atmosphere are definitely in their luxury category. Everything was what you would expect for the price you pay.

We go for the buffet, which is a little over priced.

Fun and whimsical. The architecture and details are amazing. The digital light switches and curtain open/close are nice.

Five star hotel, casino, restaurants and service. You get what you pay for and never regret it. Going back as soon as my schedule allows.

There are a small percentage of service industry/ hotel/ restaurant establishments that truly fall in to the 5-star/ 5-diamond category ...Encore Towars at the Wynn is one of them. The property is impeccable, the service unsurpassed, and the entire guest experience incredible. From the concierge, to the bell staff, to the restaurant servers, they all go out of their way at every opportunity to make your experience special. My kids said This is nicer than The Ritz Carlton .

Only gave 4 stars because they didn't let me use the fridge and ther was no complimentary water. Also, the housekeeper opened the door even though I turned on the privacy and I didn't even ask for it.

Top notch Casino. The service along with the food in their restaurant was absolutely some of the best I have experienced. Will definitely go back.

Gorgeous hotel. Loved the decor! Very flashy. Had a beautiful breakfast buffet here. Cost was about $32. The setting is amazing and the variety of food is astounding. Unless you are half side of a house and can eat for 4 people you won't be disappointed!
The quality of the food was excellent.
Dessert area was a sight to delight every sweet tooth out there!
Well worth a visit for the buffet and the decor!

Great hotel with great workers! From the start of my stay they took care of me with all of my needs! Perfect hotel to stay in Vegas and now my go to hotel. The pool and the golf course are the best Vegas has to offer!

This place is my number 1 choice. Staff were very helpful. Buffet dining was excellent! Overall experience was awesome.

High end hotel on the Strip. Top notch convention facility. It would be nicer if it didn't try so hard every moment of the day to separate you from your money. I mean really $4 can of coke in the store? No thanks. I'm paying big money for room, dinner, facility, try not to take me for a can of Coke. It's that little act of greed that keeps it from 5 stars.

Thirty six and counting. We ve been waiting 36 minutes since we started counting that we waiting to try and order food.

Even more disappointing is that the help desk said (called on cell phone) that the only thing they can do is transfer back to the room service line (That s the line you can t get to answer... are you kidding!).

Not any help. Not a Wynn experience we expected. More like.... a Denny restaurants.

One of the top 3 properties in Las Vegas. Very clean. Also, great shopping, dining, and entertaining. Also tower suites and the villas are next level.

This is my favorite hotel/casino on the strip because of the conveniently located mall across the street and the comfortable rooms with all the amenities. Also the rooms are so clean and luxuriously comfortable. The beds and linens were so cozy. The automated lights and curtains and Alexa in the room was a fun plus.

This hotel is wonderfu . Huge room and all the employees I saw were friendly and respectful - even when I walked through the Wynn and Encore to the pickup point for my kayak trip in leggings and a rash guard type shirt carrying a dry bag. Extremely underdressed!

Great hotel staff, great location on the strip. Great hospitality and phenomenal room. Upgraded to a spacious suite to watch the Dallas Cowboys... lose :-( Still had a great time after crying over their loss. Will stay again in the near future!

We visited the buffet. Everyone was completely satisfied. Excellent service and presentation.

When we visit vegas we always eat here on Sunday for brunch. Recommended to come early because a line does for and quick, lot of variety of food always fresh and ready.

Casino is one of the best and cleanest. Plenty of table games and machines to satisfy anyone. The food and amenities are world class. Stayed here on a previous trip. The rooms are luxurious.

Saw La Reve here. Just mind-blowing! It's an amazing twist of an acrobatic show with a very creative and immersive story!

as a convention attendee, this hotel was really luxe - large rooms, a broad choice of restaurants. Good to come here after a long day at the convention.

This has got to be one of the most amazingly beautiful hotels staff are pleasurable and friendly a must stay if your used to a lil pampering

Wynn Las Vegas is definitely one of the best places to stay and it is one of the iconic landmark buildings at the Vegas strip. I stayed here for two nights and enjoyed my stay very much. The pool is awesome. There are plenty of chairs at the pool lounging area. Staffs are friendly and helpful with taking short orders (salad dish & choices of drinks).

Exceptional. The staff were hospitable, food and beverage selections were excellent. The Casino staff and drinks were flowing. The facility is beautiful, lots to see and do. Will visit again.

Really nice hotel. Only problem, wish the towers didn't shadow the pools. Aside from that, the rooms are great, comfortable and everyone was always helpful.

Go to place when in Vegas! Restaurants are all great with amazing food. roulette table is where you will find me.

The Wynn never disappoints. Great entertainment, sites and food!

We stayed in the encore suites which are very comfortable and high tech with touch controls for lighting and drapes. However they are very tight with the mini bar as you can not use it for any of your own food. There is no coffee maker in the room which is now almost ubiquitous in hotels. If you want coffee in the morning you have to go to the casino level and pay about $6.50 for a cup. The cigarette smoke filters into the on site restaurants. The exercise facilities are excellent and the spa is very high end. They try to keep you on the grounds as not much to do walking around outside.

Was there just to see the hotel so I didn t stay there. The hotel is really pretty! Has a amazing restaurant in fort of a water they made their. It gives a feeling of an infinite pool. The valet is 18 dollars or free if you stay there which is a great and easy option. The hotel is almost at the end of the strip so take that to your consideration too.

I have been wanting to go to Wynn ever since it opened. Finally got the chance to visit and boy was it worthy. Love the architect design and the interior design.

Good hotel overall. It was unbelievable how long we had to stay in line (1 hour) for the breakfast and no one told us that we could pay $10 to avoid it, on the contrary we were told we have to go in the line for breakfast.

Best hotel in all of vegas.you will have an experience you can never forget.

Didn't stay here, but popped in for a comfort break and it looked fabulous.

We love staying here. The rooms are always clean and well kept. The hotel and casino itself is top notch. The restaurants are all wonderful. This is a 5 star experience in Las Vegas and definitely my favorite place to stay when we are in town. The pool area, while being beautiful, is probably not at the top of my list (prefer Venetian or Palazzo in this regard), but it still doesn't stop me from ranking this as my favorite place to stay!

Opulence at its finest. Great combination of world class amenities and stellar hospitality have secured this Asian themed resort a spot at the top of my list.
This was my first time staying here and I would definitely stay here again. I finally have witnessed first hand why my parents stay here when they visit Vegas which is @ least once annually.

We saw Chris Tucker at the Encore Theater. Very nice upscale theater. All the seats are good seats, no real bad views.
