My experience is I'm a little irritated. First of all I have animals and they did not have my permission to be on my property secondly they started cutting down a tree that I planted and then asked if it would bother me after they started cutting it down and they are cutting trees down that are not around power lines that is still on my property. I understand they have to do this but do they not need an owners permission first to get on the property they are professional and they are doing a great job however they did not have permission to be on the property and they need to remove them just as quickly as I brought them down. Also I asked them if they could cut the tops of two of my trees off around the service line to my house and they told me no but they can my trees down and be on my property without my permission

Extremely professional! As the third guy standing on his metaphorical shovel. They did dirt, put in work, and many tree branches can vouch that. You should give them a raise and they ll have the right to rap about that!

Wow super impressed - was on the road and this tree company was in KC and they stopped me on the road to warn me about metal steaks on the ground, and he got out to start picking them up so I got out and help!

We got a sign for our daughter's birthday out in our yard. One of their trucks pulled up in the morning and parked in front of it. They had plenty of other spots to park. They also weren't doing any work, just sitting there for a few hours. Called the business and told them about it and asked them to move the truck. Yeah that truck didn't move. Still not sure what they are doing besides sitting there. Not very smart or on their part. Common sense goes a long ways for a business but hey, I won't be using them.

I called about a branch in power lines that was burning . They showed up and didn't even acknowledge I was in the street trying to show them where it was. Very degrading. Kindness goes a long way. Go back to Iowa.

Great guys, professional. They saved me from a nightmare of a tree. They were God sent.

I manage a newspaper distribution company in Oakland County Michigan
There are tons of these trucks in the area.
Myself and almost all of my 50+ employees have had run ins with the trucks. The park two across a road and chat and stay there despite traffic trying to get through hindering us from doing our jobs
I have seen them cut off tons of cars making turns without enough time by far
I ve personally had to swerve over and stop and wait for the trucks to pass because they drive too fast on the curves of dirt roads
I ve almost been forced into ditches or mailboxes more times than I can count
They block driveways and roads and have on MANY occasions caused OUR customers to not receive delivery of our product
Etc etc etc

So last night our power went out. I guess a branch fell on the power line (not in our yard). Wright came out to help LG&E get the power up and remove the branch that fell on the power line. From like 12-3:30am they were out there chainsawing away, but then they came onto OUR property with no permission and cut down our neighbors tree branches and then left them in our yard! They aren t our trees we have no trees on our property ..so why are the branches left in OUR yard. After several complaints about how we shouldn t be responsible for hauling away all these massive branches Wright says well were contracted by LG&E and they didn t pay for removal so we are not coming to pick it up. And LG&E is saying that they didn t do it so it s not their problem. But again we did not give them permission to come into our yard and cut our neighbors tree and leave all these massive branches everywhere. And I doubt they even talked and got permission from our neighbors since it was the middle of the night, we were not the house where the problem was so there was no need to be in our yard anyways. Not to mention they left their trash all through out our yard. Drink bottles and food wrappers. And they left our side gate open which we didn t know so our dog escaped this morning and had to be chased. Plus they came onto our patio which is no where near our neighbors trees and MOVED our patio furniture into the middle of the grass. You shouldn t be coming near our house and moving our furniture!!! I have pictures and videos.this is a nightmare. LG&E blames Wright, and Wright blames LG&E and we are getting nowhere with our entire backyard filled with massive branches. These people are rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional.

Did a great job. Professional and with the right equipment. They took down two large silver maples, smaller pine, and trimmed up two other pines.

This is a horrible company when it comes to nature and people. Can't wait to Twitter them. Zero stars, just won't let you do that!!!
