Friendly, and out to speak with us on the spot. We were only looking around but they offered help and info.

This place will Rip You off!-Predatory lending practices. I paid down 1700 dollars on my 1st automobile....
1. Wright financed the full amount Then subtracted the 1700 as a payment.
2. My car, with air brakes- was in an accident. I aked Wright if he could fix it, he agreed and towed my car to his car lot. I paid 3 car payments before I was able to finally reach him and ask about my car. He says, 'You need to make next month's payment."
3. I made the payment and he then he tells me he cannot fix it but I can pay it off and pay down on another car.
4. I request my car be returned to me to have it towed to a place to fix it. He tells me it's totalled.
5. He sues me for the balance and puts the wrong address on the supeona. I find out a year later, contact the law office who tells me it's too late. $7000.00 is added to the balance.
6. I live out of state so I paid to clear my credit. Case was closed.
7. I just checked the VIN online and the car was sold to an out of state vendor at the time I was still making payments.
DO NOT TRUST WRIGHTS MOTOR CO. As you can see-
he has Chattanooga lawyers in his pocket.

Good reliable cars......bad public service. Says 9-5 but they leave around 4:30 everyday causing confusion to new customers.....will also rush you to make a decision around closing hours while telling you they're not rushing you!

Good at getting you a car for the credit score you have, but I keep having issues with my car. To truck service also came to get my car when it wouldn't start, and pulled it on the truck without putting my car in neutral. The tires just kept spinning. So, that's probably something else I'll have to fix when I get it back. Gonna cost me $206 for them putting a new starter on it.
I also asked once to "pick up a payment" on my next billing, and was pretty much told no.
If I didn't need this car, I would have given it back by now.

Not friendly not a good atmosphere and none of their vehicles are worth what they're asking

I've bought two cars through them. Other than the usual used car issues, I've had no issue with them. The salesman are very likeable and as long as you let them know what is going on they will work with you for months on end as long as you are making a good effort to make your payments. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and everyone

Had no real problems and they were very friendly to me and they didn't rush me to make a decision. Highly recommend if you are struggling and need a reliable car with great looks.

I hadn't had a car in almost three months, I have way-less-than-perfect credit, but a steady job, and they financed a good vehicle for me in minutes. They even let me test drive it to the bank to get cash. They were extremely friendly and even put a new battery in the car before I left. Highly recommend them!!!
