Wreedone truly redefined my home. What started as a modest kitchen update quickly evolved into a complete transformation thanks to their incredible team. While I initially planned for just new counters, cabinet painting, and a backsplash, they went above and beyond to install a custom pantry, stylish wine bar, and upgraded lighting throughout. They even renovated my laundry room, living area, dining space, and half bath. As a fellow Project Manager, I was particularly impressed by their detailed planning software, which made the entire process from consultation to final quote seamless. The team was exceptional: Will’s vision brought my ideas to life, Spencer was always professional and approachable, Jeremiah ensured every detail was executed flawlessly, and Barb’s design flair was spot-on. Wreedone truly went above and beyond during our guest bathroom renovation. What started as a modest DIY effort escalated into a bigger job when we hit some unexpected plumbing snags, but Will made the process seamless from day one. His initial consultation was thorough, and the quote was very reasonable. They were also flexible with our schedule, which was a huge plus. We ultimately opted for a complete overhaul—new vanity, toilet, tile floors, and a shower—while keeping the original tub. Will and project manager Justin were incredibly patient, especially during the two-month wait for the tile to arrive. There was zero pressure, just clear communication. Once the materials were on site, they moved fast. Within a week, they had demoed the space, handled the rough plumbing and electrical, and started waterproofing. A holiday break paused the work, but they were back on track in January. Justin did an excellent job coordinating the various trades to keep the timeline tight. Renovations always bring surprises, and Wreedone handled them with integrity. We discovered the toilet flange was misaligned and a vent pipe was in the way of our planned shower niche. Justin promptly flagged these issues and consulted us on the best path forward without upselling unnecessary work. His honesty and troubleshooting skills were refreshing. He was always accessible by phone, regardless of the time of day. What really stood out was their commitment to quality control. The tiler had to remove and reset several tiles that had shifted, and they brought the tub refinishing technician back out to fix glaze pooling at no extra charge. When a leak during the fixture installation stained the ceiling below, they fixed the drywall and repainted it promptly. They also managed last-minute changes, like switching to a lighted mirror which required a new outlet. The result is a stunning modern update to our 1980s bathroom—it’s now the best-looking room in the house. We hired Wreedone for a master bathroom remodel after interviewing several other contractors, and Wil was the clear choice from our initial bid meeting. He has such a positive, energetic vibe, and working with him, Spencer, and Keith was a genuine pleasure. The project started with impressive momentum, putting us ahead of schedule, though we did hit some delays waiting on custom cabinets, countertops, and shower glass. Despite that hiccup, we completed the final walkthrough right on time. I absolutely love our new bathroom!
