Experience was awesome! Leo Randall was professional, extremely friendly and completely awesome. I loved the pressure free experience and just talking motorcycles with Leo was really nice. Leo made sure everything with my Yamaha R6 was straight and made sure I was taken care of to ride into the horizon stress free with no issues. Just to go and see the place is an experience!

Best pre-owned bike shop in Georgia. I definitely recommend coming here if you re looking for a bike to purchase/finance. My experience was great & Glen was extremely helpful & definitely made that process fairly easy for me.

Initially I spoke with someone in sales who seemed like he should just not ever come back to work. Bad phone experience, so when i called again and asked to speak with James, whom i read about in many great reviews, he took great care of me. I set an appointment and he as well as Ricky were very accommodating and caring to my needs as a first time rider (again).

This place is awesome!!!! Part's department are helpful, greeted me as I walked toward the parts area, helped me pick out my parts then held them at the desk so I could walk around. Justin in sales stopped us and talked to us for a solid 5 min about life and our kids. Really love the family environment at WOW. Didn't feel brushed off when we told them we were just here for parts and not to buy a bike.

Would've been five star but a staff member took upon themselves to move my bike from under the tent into the rain. Would've been nice to let me know at the least. But customer service inside was awesome

They had a large variety of motorcycles there and the staff was very helpful. I also liked the pricing system. Each bike had a number and you could looked up information on the bike on a pricing sheet. Next time I'm in the market I will definitely check out their bikes again.

HUGE selection and variety of Bikes. The Sales staff were highly knowledgable and very nice. The people I dealt with in Parts and equipment were just super and willing to go to great lengths to answer my questions.
All in all it was a great visit to WOW. I am going to pick up my "new" bike in a few days, after service checks it out and puts some different tires on for me.

Got my own bike fax on a potential bike I was looking at. It said the odometer was replaced and I also noticed the emblem was only on one side of the gas tank, where as this brand of bike always has it on both. The sales guy couldn't verify either issue. This was a deal killer to ever purchase from here. Other than that they have a good selection of bikes, but I'll never purchase from here.

I brought my loose wheel in to get a new tire and they had it mounted and balanced in about 20 minutes couldn't be more pleased.

I had a great experience with the staff at WOW, I flew in from out of state to pick up my new bike. They made sure that all was well the bike and the servicing of the bike was up to date, to ensure my 1200+ ride home was problem free.

My salesman Leo was excellent. Being a complete newb to riding I had no idea what I was doing. I didn't know how much I didn't know, but Leo helped me understand what I was looking at and gave me confidence that the vstar 650 I chose would be a good fit based on what I was looking for in a first bike. I've been tooling around town a bit now and feel great about the choice. The process was smooth, delivery was on-time, and the price was right. Already looking forward to my next purchase from WOW.

Everyone is very attentive, very helpful, and create a no-pressure environment - even with someone with 0 motorcycle experience like myself.

Went by to buy some straps to hold my bike I was buying that night for transporting home on a trailer. The gentleman who helped me showed me how to use straps i already had . Now to me that's service and i will be having my bike serviced here for sure. That shows me that they are not greedy and they try to help their customers and want my business. If you want to be treated as a valued customer give wow a try.

I decided to surprise my husband with a motorcycle, and I couldn't have gone to a better place. I don't live in the area, so Mike (sales manager) was able to take care of everything via phone and email. He ordered the bike from the factory for me and got me an awesome deal.

When I came to retrieve the bike, the finance manager Gabe was also very helpful. He helped me everywhere from learning about their incredible warranty offer, to helping me pick out the proper insurance company.

There were also two gentlemen who did a very nice job of strapping the motorcycle into the trailer for me. They informed me on which straps to release first in order to keep the bike from tipping as well.

Like I said, I couldn't have gone to a better place. I was a little out of my element since I was doing this without my husband's knowledge, and they took care of me very well. Highly recommend.

Traded in and purchased a motorcycle here and the experience was great. Glenn in sales was very responsive and made sure everything went smooth and quick. Felt that their values were fair and the bike was exceptionally clean & well maintained before sale.

Friendly people but the place brings a lot of the sport riders that tend to give motorists a bat name. Revving the motors for absolutely no reason and blaring the radios at ridiculous levels. But I guess I'm just not into that stuff. I look at it differently.

I've been to like 6 motorcycle dealers in the last couple months, all pretty much the same. Walked in here a couple days ago and was overwhelmed by the huge selection of bikes. It was like sportbike heaven. Didn't purchase here, so can't speak on the anything other than inventory. But theres definately a surplus of quality sportbikes here if your willing to spend money.

Where do I start? These guys are awesome! No pressure from the staff, great insight, even a few suggestions if you are unsure. I will also say this, if you have your eye on a motorcycle......don't wait long. They keep their word and always go the extra mile. Even saved me money when it came time to find the right bank!

This place is great! I was in the market for my first bike, and the serviced i received was nothing short of stellar. From the moment i walked in the sales manager Glen, was there to answer all my questions and concerns, and laid out the best options, based on what i said i was looking for. He spared no expense on making sure i was taken care of, Then a little unsung hero of the store Mr. Sheehan, the finance manger, was on point. Everything i needed to know about a loan, what i was paying, why i was paying, ect, he explained without me even asking. Everything was broke down step by step by him. If you were looking for a bike of any kind I would 11/10 recommend WOW

This was my second purchase at wow motorcycles and they never fail to exceed my expectations. Glen was my salesperson and made the process a fantastic experience. I purchased my bike on a Saturday and it was ready for pickup, as promised, on the following Wednesday after they checked it out to ensure it was ready for the road. After I rode my bike for a day I realized i wish i had gone with the other bike i was debating over. Even though I figured it was a lost cause I called Glen to see if there was anything he could do. He was extremely accommodating and was able to get me into the bike i wanted even though I had already purchased the previous one in full and ridden it off the lot. Could not be any more pleased with Glen's customer service he went above and beyond what i could have ever expected to make sure i was happy. I could not recommend Glen or Wow Motorcycles any higher ! They have the best customer service around.

Glen was incredibly helpful during my recent purchase at WOW. I wanted to know how to get started riding and Glen recommended an MSF course. After the course I came back several times to browse, and each time Glen remembered me, listened to my preferences, and recommended some good options for a starter bike. I purchased a CBR 500R and couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Glen was knowledgeable, professional, and low pressure during my several visits. Go to WOW and ask for Glen!

They are ok.. my biggest issue would be that they do NOT offer test rides. I don't know about you but I'm not buying a bike I can't try first. Many to most other shops offer test rides. That's alot of money to waste. Staff is ok friendly, the females are much more personable. Prices are pretty stuff but not terrible- gear and bikes.

A great selection of used motorcycles. When I walked in I received a sheet listing their Inventory with prices. A knowledgeable and non-pressure sales staff. There is a reason this business has been around for a while.

Great selection and competitive prices however I went in today with cash in hand and after browsing for roughly 30 minutes never even got a how are you today? Customer service goes a long way but there seemed to be no intent on selling any bikes. At the time it seemed a lot of people were just chilling out and not very busy. Turned me away. First time visiting.

Weird experience with wow. Was there with my brother on our bikes who was purchasing a helmet the other day. It was pouring down rain so I parked my bike under one of the tents they have on the lot while we shopped. Next thing I know one of the other customers told me "they moved your bike out in the rain". Sure enough I looked outside to find my bike getting drenched in the pouring rain! I quickly went out and moved it under another tent where other bikes were parked and waited there with it till the rain let up a bit.

Still not sure why my bike was moved but if it was in the way of something, it would have been nice for either 1) someone to ask me to move the bike or 2) If they had to move it for whatever reason make me aware that my bike was getting poured on. But to just park someone's prized possession in the rain and not say anything just lacks decency and courtesy. I don't think I will ever be back.

Tried to pull one over on my son. First time buyer. Told on phone 6.9% with 1000.00 down. Once we arrived after driving 2 hours we were told 8.9% and with 2600.00 down. Also spoke to them all afternoon and no one bothered to tell us we couldn't take the bike the same day. So called manager was worthless. I spoke to the finance guy, Greg myself. He knew exactly what time we would be there and didn't have a problem with it. He also could of explained that the bike was not being held or could not leave on the same day. I'm in the used car business and never knew a business to close when someone is there to buy. But guess y'all are different. Also my credit was run two different time through y'all's bank. I received the letters today.

Love the guys here. They are knowledgeable and not simply salesman. Got me set up on a 2015 FZ-07 no problem. There's also a shop to buy new and used gear.

Best experience I recommend everyone visit Steve Sheehan. He made my whole process very very easy and provided GREAT customer service. The whole staff there was nice, but if you want to deal with someone who exceeds, see Steve.

Was a okay experience. Was a pain dealing from a few states away, but overall the sales team was easy to talk to. Financing was a real pain, granted these guys are pretty much the middle man on that and they tried to make it smooth as they could. My only complaint is the proof is kind of in the pudding their service team really dont comb through their used bikes as they should. That's where I would be very leery on future transactions for myself or anyone else considering on buying. When i received my bike... something simple as the headlight didnt work. At first I figured the Bulb was out. But when we went to change it. We discovered a absolutely wiring nightmare, neg rigged like you wouldnt believe and I'm not sure how any service team wouldnt see that or clean it up. The chain was rusty in many areas and hasn't been lubed. So with those key service factors that weren't touched. We completely went through the bike ourselves to fix and update easy things that they should have already caught and serviced before selling. But other than that, the bike is good and has been good to me since receiving it. Any used inventory I suggest anyone truly look it over before buying and make them correct it.

Great guys. I am a real customer, I drove up to Marietta GA from south Florida (9hours) to buy a Suzuki from WOW, my 2012 Suzuki GSX-R600 was in perfect shape, exactly as described in the ad and pictures. It was a great price, after searching all around Miami and south Fl for the bike i wanted I decided to buy from them. Very good decision. They are great people, great customer service and very well priced. They even helped me load the bike into my rental mini van and tie it down for the 9 hour trip back. I definitely recommend this shop.

Recently purchased a newer Kawasaki Ninja-1000 motorcycle (5/26/2020), wanted a Honda CBR-1000RR but the bike was too cramped for my aging self (middle aged) but had no problems in switching to my Kawasaki which fit's me perfectly. Sales staff and all staff are friendly and excellent in assisting you with any questions or concerns. I have been a customer since 2005 buying several motorcycles at, WOW and never had a bad experience or issue buying slightly used bikes or having my motorcycles serviced or getting parts and accessories. They carry the best used trouble free motorcycles and they have an excellent service and parts department. Currently they are open, and are maintaining great social distancing and keeping a clean showroom. All areas and motorcycles are disinfected frequently. You need to call for an appointment in advance to go into the facility. This is to maintain the social distancing. They have a nice easy to use website of all their inventory and services. It has always been a great experience just visiting the facility and I have nothing negative to say about this company, they are great associates and friends!

Getting new tires for my 2000 Honda Shadow which I bought at WOW 16 years ago. I always gotten consistently great service from familiar and knowledgeable faces (and I do shop around), keep up the good work!

I purchased my 2014 Yamaha V star from Eddie. The experience was the best experience I ve had in my search for a bike. Every person who works there was great and extreamely helpful. They are great with children and extremely patient. There is a huge variety of bikes and not one looked bad to me. I can t express enough how happy I am with going to WOW motorcycle. It was a two hr drive and I had to make it twice and still have no complaints at all. Thank you to everyone who works there.

WOW IS WHY I SEE THIS PLACE IS NAME THAT! What a disappointment drove all the way over there from Gainesville to look at purchasing a sport bike. Well as I get there me and my friend we walk in not even a greeting from no one. Walk into to the show floor need I mention at you have to walk rite in front of the sales staff to get too the bikes! Nothing grant it I could understand if they was busy but they wasn t at all. So me and my friend spit up he is looking at bikes as me and my son was as well and needless to say nothing from no one, not a can I help you at all hey how you doing today nothing. So we look for at less 20 mins nothing still. All I can say is WOW what a joke. I run a retail business and you need to train your salesman on how too it knowledge people. All you did was waste my time, guess they aren t pay off commission. Do yourself a favor and skip this joint!

This place has amazing selection of motorcycles. First time I went just to browse around and no one really bothered me with any kind of sales pitch, which is great if you just want to get in and take a look around. On my next visit I had Glen to show me motorcycles I was interested in. Glen was great to work with and showed me every model I was interested in and many more similar ones.

Im from Indianapolis IN and had been working with Mike and the team from wow .I was appreoved for financing and told them I was going to purchase a airline ticket to come pick up bike. Then on sat I get a email that they sold the bike and now Im out $300 for airline ticket and no bike. This is very poor customer service and I would not reccomend this place to no one.

Best dealer experience I have ever had, bought the bike and had it shipped to my house in NC, no crazy dealer fees, shipping is fairly priced, went over the bike when I got it and they ACTUALLY SERVICED IT, all fluids are new, probably the only thing that wasn't done are the spark plugs, overall happy with the experience and will definitely be back in the future when I'm ready for something else

First time motorcycle purchase, went to WOW with three kids in tow on a Saturday. Glen Hauenstein greeted us and tossed some rubber bracelets to the kids. The act made us feel welcome. He showed me some bikes, gave some solid advice and I left that day without buying a bike. A few days later I returned and looked for Glen, he showed me what I was looking for and I purchased that day. Glen answered all my questions and made the buying process simple, and enjoyable. Had it ready for me to enjoy all last weekend. When you go there, ask for Glen, he even called days later to see if I was enjoying it. Great customer service. Love my new (to me) bike.

I bought a Yamaha R6. The very next day my bike wouldn t start so I charged the battery and it seem to work, on the 3rd day same thing it wouldn t start. So I decided to buy a new battery from Yuasa hopping it would fix the issue, it didn t. I don t think the bike are will inspected. It s sucks that I have too spend more money to fix it. Oh and it came with worn out tires. I asked if the valve could be the issue they said no without checking them. Buyer beware.

First time purchase with WOW and Leo Randall was the Best! Was able to educate me on the BMW F800GS I was looking at. I have always been a Harley guy, and this was unusual territory for me on a second motorcycle just for Dual Sport riding. Leo made me feel comfortable with my choice and has followed up with me after the purchase; which is what matters most. Will definitely go through Leo for all of my motorcycle purchases from now on. They sold a bike to a friend of mine that had cancer, he was desperate for a bike, they milked him big time for twice what the bike booked for. Stay away!!

Just purchased a pre-owned bike, sight unseen from 1000 miles away, off these guys (Glen was my point of contact) and could not be more satisfied. Their bike was the best deal on the market nationwide, and is cleaner (in some cases much cleaner) than several local and more highly priced bikes of the same model/year/mileage. Came with brand new tires, a tank full of gas, and the clock set to my local time. Shipping got it here super fast and delivery driver kept good contact and was exactly on time. Glen kept the paperwork stuff crazy easy and quick, was easily the smoothest vehicle purchase I ve ever made. Purchasing at such a distance was a risk for sure, and most people get wide eyed or laugh if you tell them you re spending thousands of dollars on a bike without having seen or riding it first. But based on my experience these guys are super legit and you can have faith in buying from a distance.

Glen was great! Really down to earth guy who just wanted to help me find the right bike, at an even better price. Not pushy at all, very helpful, and went the extra mile to explain the specifics of this bike even after the sale was complete. The whole staff seemed real involved and willing to help people hit the road.

Staff is nice but their mechanics suck. Every time I drop it off there's another problem. I just got the carbs cleaned by them 4 months ago and now they need to be cleaned again.

They only do safety inspections on their bikes. I have doubled the down payment getting the motorcycle up to par. Not good

Good selection of used bikes of various makes. Each bike is of good quality also. The staff is friendly and don't pressure you into buying, my experience with them was pain free. If I'm ever in the market to buy another motorcycle I would deffinitly go there.

Expensive but sorta honest and fair. Charged 2 hours just to do quick check out before they would continue. Others don't pull this trick. Cut back some once I got in their face and complained. Others in line experienced same B.S. Trickery with customer service. Very knowledgeable though. Beware up front. You have other choices in Marietta for service and cheaper.

bought a BMW 1000RR from the folks at WOW and was very impressed with the service... worked with Glen and he was a true professional from start to finish.. any deal can go sideways especially over the internet and by mail, but the staff took care of me every step of the way... would not hesitate to recommend anyone to WOW.. would do business again.
