When my wife and I decided to get a book printed, we felt it very important to have it printed in the USA and even better, in our own home state. An internet search turned up Worzalla. I am absolutely thrilled to have discovered them. Turns out they are one of the top book printers in the nation. And they are right in my back yard (so to speak). Who knew?
From the first phone call to Worzalla, I was treated professionally. Once we decided that Worzalla would be our printer of choice, we were treated with the same dedication, customer service, and attention given to their larger publishing clients. The process of working with our sales rep, customer service rep, and their production department was incredibly enjoyable. I was given a tour of the facility and I can tell you first hand that the entire crew working to make books at Worzalla really do take pride in their work. The final product they produced for us was nothing short of amazing and exceeded our expectations.
I have nothing bad to say about my experience with Worzalla and gladly look forward to working with them on our next printing project. Also, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
