I recently had the opportunity to engage with a company specializing in energy systems, and while my experience was not outstanding, it was also not disappointing. The website (wesonline.com) provided all the necessary information and was easy to navigate. The company offered a decent range of services and their prices appeared to be competitive. However, the overall customer service could use some improvement. The response time to my inquiries was a bit slow, and the representatives lacked enthusiasm and genuine care. Additionally, I felt that the level of expertise presented during the interaction could have been more comprehensive. Nevertheless, the company did deliver the expected services within the agreed-upon timeframe, which is why I would rate them as average. I believe with some adjustments to their customer service approach, they have the potential to elevate their standing within the industry.
