There was an incident with 3 loads we did for Worldwide Logistics due to system issues. We had recently added 2 units to our company and the insurance was not reflecting it yet. Simultaneously, we were training a new hire. She thought the way to provide a Certificate Of Insurance was to add the information on the certificate using the program we have to sign the rate confirmations. All this information has been discussed with Worldwide. Instead of accepting that humans DO make mistakes, they are using this situation to avoid paying us the $7500 from this 3 loads.
All the information mentioned above can be verified with our insurance agent. Even though we have only been in business for a short amount of time, we have built strong relationships with brokers who are pleased with our performance and can provide references if needed.

I booked a short haul load for a driver with Emma Cross on a Thursday afternoon with one afternoon pickup, a second pickup early the next morning and then a drop off the next day on a Friday all less than 200 miles total.
Cheap load to reposition my driver planning to get a reload Friday morning to run the weekend.
Come to find out, their customer is making our driver sit three hours, tak into account 1-2 hours to unload, did not accept a morning drop off, and will not be unloaded until 2-3 PM EST on a Friday afternoon risking not getting a reload and away from home not making any money this weekend.
Had I known they would not accept a morning unload appointment, would force us to unload in the afternoon, then I would not have chosen to work with Emma Cross and Worldwide Logistics!

Emma is conveniently not in the office today, her co-worker Olivia Grace says she can not do anything and their manager Sarah refused to assist in any confirmations for burning our drivers clock and sitting three hours waiting to unload. I m not in anyway comfortable with our driving sitting three plus hours on a Friday, running his clock, and then risking him sitting their all weekend without a reload on Friday.
DO NOT WORK WOTH WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS and their account with CHOICE FABRICATORS! They will refuse any detention, they will say, it is what it is, and will do nothing to try to assist your company/carrier with screwing a truck driver over.

I love working here. I get to talk to a lot of great carriers, my co workers are super helpful and knowledgeable, the senior staff are here to help you succeed, and the CEO, CFO and COO are easily accessible for any questions you have. They have a team atmosphere with group outings such as the icubs game. Great work ethic is all around you at all times. This has to be one of my favorite jobs that challenges me everyday.

I did Load 3823578 net 30 days for $1800, MI to MO due Nov 4. I called their AP to find out when will I get my payment. Some woman in AP says the system did not receive my paperwork until October 12. Mind you I emailed in my Invoice and BOLs on October 4 at 1040am to them.
Their AP personell was very rude to me, telling me 'she's sorry I'm having cash flow problems, may be I should buy more trucks' can you believe this woman? I am never doing another load for them or recommending this Broker to any of my carrier friends!
