Very deceptive.
Their shipping time means nothing. I ordered a Father's Day gift for my husband early Monday morning, June 13, with a 2-5 day business shipping time. I'm in the mid-west, so I was hopeful it would come by Friday, which is technically 4 business days, but being in the mid-west, it didn't have to travel coast to coast. It was shipped surepost, and on Friday June 17, I received an update saying my order would be delivered on the 21st. I called a customer service rep and was told UPS could deliver on time for an extra $25, but they were unwilling to pay and not concerned the delivery was late. I'm expecting the package by Wednesday, 7 business days later.
