This company sells itself as a holiday spot for Christamas pictures with santa. I signed up for pictures and realized after I paid that I had picked a mall in Iowa with the same name as the one I live by in Michigan. When I called to get at least a partial refund, I was told I would have had to cancel 72 hours before my appointment to get a refund, however I had just scheduled the appointment and hour earlier. The representative then offered for me to make another appointment time since I had missed my appt which would have been difficult to make considering the mall was in Iowa and I live in MICHIGAN. I asked if there were any places where there company worked in Michigan,only to find out that the closest place for me to go was Illinois. The representative asked me if I would like to make an appt at the mall in Illinois and I said, " I live in Michigan" and she said, "yes we already established that, and this is the closest place to go for your pictures near where you live". I asked if there was any way I could at least get a partial refund and she said, "No, but I can make another appointment for pictures with santa at another location". I said the location in Illinois is the closest place and that would be silly for me to drive that far to get my children's pictures with Santa". The representative then said, "Well in that case is there anything else I can do for you"? I said "No" and proceeded to email the company which was over 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing in return, not even a response saying they will not give me a partial refund. I am very dissappointed that the company would take money, knowing I was unable to get a picture package. The least they could have done is give me a partial refund, especially considering the holiday which is tight for most parents and for me $29.99 is a lot of money. Please learn from my story, which I plan to share on this company every year, so others do not have to work with a companythat clearly doesn't care about their clients.

I just want to share the horrible and humiliating ...

I just want to share the horrible and humiliating experience I had at one your locations.

I made a reservation online for Saturday, 12/15/18 at 7:30pm and paid for it. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency we were not able to make it. I was unable to call and change my reservation because your offices were closed. My husband and I work long hours throughout the week and the weekend is the only time we could have taken our babies for some pictures. We decided to go Sunday early morning before your shop opened because we figured there would be long lines and did not want to cut into anyone's reservation we were going to treat it as a walk-in first come first serve type of thing. We arrived at 10am and realized your shop opened at 12pm. Around 10:30am we noticed someone in line for the walk-in's so my husband and I decided to wait in line as well. Finally around 11:45am your manager by the name of Tammy comes around yelling at your customers to form a line in certain way because we were blocking other mall customers. I got her attention and told her my situation and before she could let my finish my question very rudely she directed me to your 800#, said she would not be able to pull it up with my code there would be no way for her to help us today and promptly pointed me out of the line after waiting for an hour and a half in it!

I went to grab a business card which had your districts managers # (Melanie) and told Tammy I would handle it with her instead. Tammy then literally runs to her personal cell phone and says '"I'll call Melanie myself" she ties up her line for the next 20 minutes and while I am unable to reach Melanie. Tammy did not give me an opportunity to address the concern myself instead she made sure she gave her version of the situation to her manager and even went on to say I was cursing and acting belligerent, why she decided to lie about this is beyond me. When Tammy finally finishes her call she comes up to me and says "well my manager said the same thing" and as I'm trying to refute her resolution she completely shuts me out and says "if you don't like it leave" I told her "no" I needed to speak to Melanie first. She then says "Fine I'll call security on you." The level of rudeness of this woman was just appalling and not only the way she handled the situation it was mostly the way she spoke to you as person in a very demeaning manner and moreover the way she smiled with so much maliciousness as I was escorted out with my children and husband from the mall. Why would she feel the need do this if I have my two babies 5months old and 2 year old. I felt completely humiliated. The whole experience and memories I wanted to make with my children had just completely ruined. After a 1 and half waiting no breakfast we left defeated. As last resort I tried called Melaine and she finally answered I explained to her the situation and said that I never had to leave that in fact she wanted to honor my reservation as we had treated it as a walk in, turns out Tammy lied to us and not only that humiliated us and never apologized. Finally, Trinh (asst mgr) handled our session while she is working with us Tammy pulls her aside and I could hear her bad mouthing us again! Just like she did with Melanie. I cannot believe someone so malicious works in supposed happy place that's supposed to be memorable for so many families.

The rest of your staff took us in and was completely courteous and apologetic about the situation they even apologized on Tammy's behalf. One employee mentioned this was not the first time this has happened. The final experience was awesome. Please I don t want anything in return all I want is for someone deal accordingly with Tammy I honestly whole heartedly feel she should not be around families and children. She lacks total empathy and her rudeness is beyond comprehension.

Santa Pictures. Simply put, skip this place....They lost my pictures and their customer service is worthless. Had to go back to the mall to get them printed out after waiting another hour in their lines, which are hopelessly understaffed btw. I got the distinct feeling they could careless about the extra time and money i had to spend to track down my own pictures. Luckily, rep Zoe finally got them uploaded and got me access to them. I would advise to NEVER patronize this company.

Overcharge and refused to do their discounted pack...

Overcharge and refused to do their discounted packages this year. When I messaged to complain I got a "thanks for your feedback" and basically a sorry about your luck response.
Think I'll look into real photographers to do to Christmas and Easter photos. At least I know my photographer will take more than 8 photos in 5 min, give me the digital copy and costs roughly the same.
The santas are nice, but the people working the camera and register are not, and their customer service is a joke.
They got their money this year that's all they care about.
