I stay here often. It is very comfortable, the staff is ok, the room is ok, the bed is very comfortable. What I don't like is that they lowered the breakfast level. But it's a good hotel.

My room was large and comfortable. The hotel provided a pleasant place to stay.

Nice place with a responsive team. Restaurant and Pastry shop have some great food. Amazingly courteous staff is what stands out.

Elegant and comfortable, but the rooms are old. There are no plugs, a bathtub instead of a shower ... It must have been the best hotel 20 years ago, today it is sure to be several more.

Breakfast fff.bun, the rooms are still desirable on the ventilation line. I wanted to buy water from a store in the hotel and I was not served because I warned the seller that I was there and I had to buy. He just turned my back. Pay attention to those accredited to have shops in the hotel!

Wonderful personal and good services. Sure next time when I'll be back in Bucharest I'll choose this hotel.

Only stayed one night before an early departure. No problems and reward scheme members get a free drink at the bar. Nice and close to airport. Hotel arranged transport but not sure about the cost versus a taxi for such a short ride.

Good rates,good location,super helpfull staff,rooms are all nicely clean and smartly furnished,even got dual voltage sockets.

Very good place with excellent view. The only downside is breakfast that could be slightly more interesting and could vary from day to day. Apart from that all good!

Unpleasant experience !!! The conference rooms are modestly equipped with poor and crumpled furniture. The toilets are far from what they should be. Hard to find good coffee.

I liked the bed the most, but everything was very nice.

It's magical this hotel I think everyone adores besides the fact that it looks a lot like the Red Plaza hotel from home allose alone at home. I mean it is gorgeous.
