World surfaris

The surf trip I booked through their website was alright 👍🏄‍♀️. The website was easy to navigate and had a lot of helpful information about different surfing destinations around the world. I found a great deal and the booking process was smooth. However, I was a bit disappointed with the lack of communication. I had to reach out to them multiple times to get updates on my trip, which was a bit frustrating 😕. The customer service was average, not outstanding, but not terrible either. The accommodations they provided were decent and met my expectations. Overall, it was an average experience. I would consider booking with them again if I find a good deal, but I hope they can improve their communication to make the experience even better. 🏄‍♂️🌊
