A great place 4 refugees and nice people such as Mr June Parker.
So far not impressed. Dumping people off and not returning phone calls. Sending an UBER to take a family of 5 including 3 carseats, to an appointment? Unacceptable. Who is going to show them where they need to be Jun? Many balls have been dropped in the Latifi case. No guidance has been given regarding their WIC and how to use services. I could go on and on. You are not doing your job.
I will never forget what they put me through when I first came to the states. With barely anything in my pocket. They left us to face eviction and were never supportive. When I missed one payment to them they immediately sent my name to the credit bureau, without understanding I didn t have any money and couldn t make that one payment and destroyed my credit score. Although it was almost 13 years ago, My family and I will never forget how terrible this organization was dealing with us and I finally have a chance to write down how I deeply feel towards them. Other organizations were very much generous to their clients.I don t know how they are now but from my experience 13 years ago, if I could give them a zero I would. One of the worst refugee organizations.I hope they are under better management now.
Great and helpful staff the will do all they can to sutel down refuges from all the world in our lovely triangle area.
